This will only take you 30 seconds to relax your body.

Stand up or otherwise change positions.

Inhale,

Roll your shoulders forward and exhale.

Now roll your shoulders back.

Inhale again,

Stretch your arms out and stretch your hands wide open.

Reaching up above your head,

Reach your arms high.

Now relax your hands and lower your arms.

Roll your shoulders away from your ears.

Now count slightly as you breathe.

Pause,

Exhale,

And then get back to whatever you were doing.
