Welcome,

Welcome to the sacred space to set a mindful intention that will help you create your ideal day.

An intention can be your compass guiding you through your day.

So come to your seat,

Gentle awareness and bringing attention to your posture as you come to being here in this moment.

Spine and posture is relaxed yet alert.

Attention is here.

Notice if your mind wanders at all.

All you're doing is noticing and bringing it back here.

Welcoming all the thoughts,

No judgment.

Just notice and welcome them all.

With kind compassion to self and all those thoughts.

Now slowly take an inhale and then empty your lungs as you exhale.

Imagine you're going for a journey as you begin a reflection to bring to your mind a word or a feeling that you would like to use to set an intention for your day.

A word could be calm to have the intention to be calm in each moment for the rest of the day.

You're walking in nature through a forest and you come to a stream where you're sitting in a relaxed yet alert posture as you reflect on setting an intention.

I invite you to take in what this means to you,

The word or intention that came to your mind.

What does it mean to your highest self,

Your future self or to each and every person whose life you touch and thus to the entire collective.

Slowly as you're taking that in,

Focus on your breath.

Notice how you feel.

What does it feel like to have reflected on this intentional way of being?

It can be freeing and relaxing just like long exhale to be calling in our inner resources from a place of compassion and finding a compass to go through this day.

And as you come back to this practice daily,

Each day,

You're not just creating an intentional day,

But an intentional life.

Now I will leave you to just take all of that in,

Focus on your breath,

Gently taking the music as you relax just like that.
