This 5-minute practice is designed to cultivate clarity through your heart's intelligence. From a state of calm presence, let yourself soften and then arrive at your answers. I recommend some journaling after meditation.

Welcome.

This is Radhika and I'm so happy you're here.

This is a meditation to cultivate some clarity in times of uncertainty.

If you're able to have a journal by your side that will be useful as we will be journaling right after.

You may pause at this moment if you choose to get one by your side.

We will tap into a space of getting clear on what we need this moment and with that I'm hopeful we'll begin a practice of tapping into our hearts intelligence for answers we are seeking.

So let's begin by getting comfortable.

If you're seated or lying down relax your spine,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw.

Bring attention to your breath.

Feel a sense of softening through your body.

Place your dominant hand on your heart at this point and your other hand on your belly.

Take a deep long inhale and a long exhale.

We'll do that again a deep long inhale and an exhale with a sigh.

As you're breathing bring to mind an intention for today's meditation.

Perhaps one that will help you answer a question right now that you're seeking clarity on.

What is your deepest desire or what is it that you long for?

Come back to your breath.

We'll activate our heart space by breathing in for a count of four,

Holding for four and exhaling for four.

Inhale for four,

Hold for four and exhale for four.

We'll do this a couple of more times.

Inhale for four,

Hold for four and exhale for four.

Inhale for four,

Hold for four and exhale for four.

And then come back to a normal breathing pattern.

Take a long inhale and an exhale.

Another full breath in and a full breath out.

At this point you may open your eyes and start journaling what comes to your mind first.

About the answers you're seeking.

And I'll leave you in the space while the music is playing.

And you're writing your heart's deepest desire.

I hope you found this helpful.

Namaste.
