This is a guided meditation that will help you balance your chakras using the power of affirmations and sound healing.

Chakras,

As you may already know,

Are an energy system that receives,

Assimilates and expresses life force energy prana.

There are seven major chakras that correlate with the states of your consciousness.

You may close your eyes now,

Or perhaps keep a soft gaze in front of you.

Relax your spine,

Relax your jaw.

Slowly inhale and exhale.

We will begin with the first chakra,

Root chakra,

Also known as mula dhara.

Located at the base of your spine,

You will visualize the color red.

Slowly take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

And you will affirm,

I am safe to be here.

I am supported by the earth.

I love my body and I trust my inner wisdom.

Moving on to chakra two,

Also known as swadhishthana.

Located at the lower abdomen,

You will visualize the color orange.

Maybe bring one hand to your abdomen and take a slow deep breath and you will visualize the color orange.

And affirm as you exhale,

I move with ease.

I feel pleasure in my life.

I feel all my feelings.

Moving on to chakra three,

Also known as manitura.

Located around your solar plexus.

Visualize the color yellow.

And as you inhale and exhale,

You will begin affirming,

I accomplish my task with ease.

I honor the power within me.

I have an inner fire that helps me move forward.

Moving on to chakra four,

Also known as anahata.

Your heart chakra.

Visualize the color green.

And as you slowly inhale and exhale,

You will affirm,

I love myself and others.

I am worthy of love.

I live in balance with others.

Maybe bring one hand to your heart and feel your breath there.

Moving on to chakra five.

Vishudha chakra,

Your throat chakra.

Visualize the color blue.

And as you slowly inhale and slow exhale,

You will affirm,

I express myself truly.

I have creativity that flows through me.

My voice is indeed.

Moving on to chakra six,

Ajna.

Visualize the color indigo.

Located in the space between your eyes,

Your third eye,

Around your forehead.

And as you slowly inhale and exhale,

You will affirm,

I can manifest my intentions.

I am open to my inner wisdom.

I see clearly.

Moving on to the last chakra,

Also known as sahasara.

Located in the space above your head,

Visualize the color violet.

And you will affirm as you breathe in slowly,

Like saying,

I am guided by higher power.

I am open to new ideas.

Divinity is within me.

Bring your hand to your heart again.

Notice how you feel at the end of this meditation.

Notice the alchemy of sound,

Music and affirmation.

And how you feel balanced and calm.

You may come back to this meditation daily to help balance your chakra.

Thank you for joining.
