A journey to open your heart to welcome more ease and calm.

Relax your spine,

Your shoulders,

Relax your neck,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your entire face.

Relax the space within the ears,

Bringing your attention to your breath.

Inhale slowly to a count of five,

Expanding your belly and exhale to a count of five.

Inhale to a count of five,

Slowly exhale to a count of five.

And once more inhaling,

Expanding your belly and a slow exhale.

Bring one hand to your heart and one hand on your belly.

Notice how you feel here.

Notice any sensations in your body,

Any tightness.

Breathe through it.

Notice any thoughts that might be arising.

Welcome them,

Breathing through them,

Feeling a sense of lightness to your hand on your heart.

Feel love for yourself,

Bringing in that feeling of warmth to your entire body,

Reminding yourself of a time and moment,

Feeling all the love and warmth from that moment right now.

How does that feel?

Taking that in,

Immense love from yourself,

From a situation or perhaps love from a pet,

Sensing that feeling of warmth and love in your entire body.

Bring a smile to your face and feel a warm,

Cleansing light of love moving from your feet through the crown of your head and then moving down through your heart,

Down your spine and grounding you.

It's like nectar for your heart,

Embracing your entire being,

Making you feel light and at ease.

Notice how you feel.

Imagine you're walking on a path through a dense forest and as you're walking you hear some birds.

You notice that you reach a clearing and what you see in front of you is the ocean and a beach.

The calm waves of the ocean bring a sense of relief and washes off any old residue of feelings of stress.

Your breathing is relaxed and as you begin walking towards the water,

Feeling the warm sand under your feet,

With each step forward you're feeling more grounded and at peace.

You find a spot on the beach and you sit right there.

You're touched by the beauty,

You're in a state of soaking in all the details and you're feeling your heart awaken.

I invite you to notice what else comes up for you as you journey through this.

Take a deep slow inhale,

Soaking in what you just experienced and a slow exhale with a sigh.

Bring a smile to your face,

The space between your eyes and say these affirmations aloud or in your mind.

I'm safe,

I'm grounded,

I'm peaceful,

Home,

I'm safe,

Peaceful,

I'm home.

You slowly get up and walk back to the clearing through the forest.

You're feeling calm,

At peace and grounded.

Your body is light,

Your breath is slow.

Yes,

You're safe,

You're grounded and you're peaceful.

This is how you come home to yourself.

This is how you relax slowly till it becomes your true self as this is how you desire to feel each moment peaceful,

At ease.

This is medicine for your heart.

This is medicine for you right here to come back each time you want to experience peace.

Welcome these new feelings of joy,

Bliss again next time you want to experience this.
