Let's start to deepen the breath.
Placing a hand on your lower belly.
And inhale through the nose for four.

And exhale for four,
Three,
Two.

Feeling that lower belly push outward.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Continue this breathing pattern at your own pace.
With every inhale,
Imagine you're drawing in energy,
