Hello and welcome to your breath work designed to purify the mind and balance both hemispheres of the brain.

Begin in a comfortable seated position.

And with your right hand,

Bring down your index and middle finger.

Cover your right nostril with your right thumb,

And take a deep inhale into your left nostril.

Switch fingers,

Covering your left nostril with your pinky or your ring finger,

And exhale out your right nostril.

Inhale,

Right nostril,

Nice and slow.

Switch fingers,

And exhale,

Left.

Inhale,

Left.

Switch fingers.

Exhale,

Right.

Inhale,

Right nostril,

Nice and slow and gentle.

Switch fingers,

And exhale,

Left.

Inhale,

Left nostril.

Switch fingers.

Exhale,

Right.

Inhale,

Right,

Nice and slow,

Envisioning that breath going up past your navel cavity,

Into your brain,

Cleansing out any stuck or dense energy.

As you switch your fingers and let that go through your left nostril,

Inhale through your left nostril,

Envisioning it cleansing and clearing all the way up,

Swirling in your brain,

Balancing both hemispheres,

And switching fingers and exhaling through your right.

Inhale,

Right,

Your breath slowly coming up and dancing around,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Providing fresh life force,

And exhale,

Left.

Inhale,

Left,

All the way up.

Switch fingers,

And exhale,

Right.

Inhale,

Right.

Switch fingers,

And exhale,

Left.

Now letting that hand go,

Take a nice deep breath through both nostrils,

All the way up.

Hold and squeeze the top of your head,

And exhale,

Let that breath go.
