A rising ritual you can do first thing in the morning while still in bed. It will help you set your day up with intention and gratitude. This track includes gentle breathing exercises, stretching, and visualization.

Welcome to a fresh,

Brand new day and beginning.

Begin getting comfortable in bed in a seated position,

Spine stretched tall.

And take that first deep breath of the day.

Inhale,

Letting go of any stagnation from the night before.

And again,

Inhale deeply,

Taking in that fresh breath of life,

And exhale,

Let it go.

Last one,

Inhaling in,

Finding gratitude in your heart to be able to live another day.

Take another breath,

And exhale,

Release.

Now inhale and reach your arms up above your head,

Locking your fingers and stretching tall.

And exhale,

Lean to the right,

Opening up the side body.

Inhale back to center,

And exhale,

Lean to the left.

Inhale back to center,

And exhale,

Lean to the right.

Inhale back to center,

Breathing into any tightness in the shoulders and the chest,

And exhale,

Lean to the left,

Opening up the side body.

Last round,

Inhaling back to center with a big,

Deep breath,

Exhale,

Lean to the right.

Inhale back to center,

And exhale,

Lean to the left.

Now returning back to your center,

Begin breathing deeply into your belly.

You can place both hands on your lower belly here,

And asking yourself,

What is your intention for today's day?

How do you want to show up in the world?

Now begin to focus on the area a few inches above your head,

Envisioning a golden bright white light that encompasses your intention for the day.

As you inhale,

Imagine this light going stronger and bigger and brighter,

And as you exhale,

Imagine this light casting down your body,

Dripping down,

Embodying your intention.

Twice more,

Inhaling into the space above your crown,

Infusing that energy with your breath,

And exhale,

Allowing it to drip down your body like honey.

Last one,

Big inhale to the top of your head,

Hold that breath here,

Focusing on the area above your head,

On this golden white light,

And as you exhale,

Envision it casting a light around your entire auric field.

Now placing your hands on your heart,

Taking a breath here and sealing in this intention for your day,

And exhale,

Let it go.
