Exhale 6,

Continue with this breathing pattern.
Allowing every exhale to signal safety to the nervous system.

And the expectations.
Imagine the sun dipping below the horizon.
The sky turning dark.
As it disappears.
Allow the events of the day to disappear with it.
Returning your awareness to this moment.
To your breath.
To your body.
There is nothing left to do.
Take one final deep inhale.
And a long,
Slow exhale.
As you prepare for sleep,
Allow yourself to rest fully.
