Start your day with this guided meditation to visualize your perfect day. Use all of your senses to be submerged into a state of manifestation by retraining the brain for positivity and uplifting images.

This is a visualization meditation to do first thing in the morning while you're still lying in bed or perhaps in a chair shortly after waking to set yourself up for an amazing day ahead.

So just get comfortable wherever you are settled whether you're still lying in bed or in a chair.

Taking a few breaths just to settle your body and your mind in this moment.

Settling your body in the bed or in the chair really sinking down.

Allowing yourself to be here right now,

Right here.

And as you settle in visualize yourself waking up feeling refreshed and energized and excited to start your day.

You greet the day with the warmth of sunshine on your face.

Really feel the warmth,

The heat,

The radiance from the sun,

The sounds of the birds chirping and the world waking up.

Really allow all of your senses to be engaged here.

Hearing the birds,

Feeling the sunshine on your face,

Smelling the crisp air,

Tasting what you're tasting and maybe seeing what you're seeing through your closed eyes.

Maybe light is flickering.

Just visualize this.

It doesn't have to be happening in this moment.

But just visualize yourself waking up feeling refreshed,

Energized,

Ready to start your day.

And you stretch your body feeling vibrant and strong.

Imagine doing light exercises to power up your muscles.

Breathing deeply as you stretch and move.

Feeling good.

Feeling ready for the day.

Imagine filling your brain and mind with positive inspiration and uplifting messages.

Allowing this visualization to fill you up.

Drinking up our cup,

Very first thing in the morning with inspiration,

Positivity.

And you fill your body with clean and nutritious food to fuel your body and mind for the rest of the day.

And you may say to yourself,

I hydrate my body with water and electrolytes to keep my body and brain sharp.

I hydrate and fuel my body with water and clean foods to keep my body and brain sharp and strong throughout the day.

Just allow yourself to visualize this early morning.

Anything else you want to fit into your day here,

Go ahead and visualize it.

Really sense it.

Feel it as if it's happening.

You're doing a meditation as you close your eyes,

Sitting in stillness and quiet.

Allowing all the senses to come to you.

Imagine maybe reading an inspirational book or an article.

Breathing deeply here.

Allowing the mind to visualize your perfect day.

And as you continue your visualization,

Set reasonable and achievable goals for the rest of your day.

Allow them to be broken down into small,

Achievable steps.

You feel good about taking action.

Think about some of the things you want to accomplish today,

Big or small.

And if the big goals seem overwhelming,

Take a moment and break it down into small and actionable steps.

That's the one or two things you can do today to move yourself forward,

To move yourself into a state of manifestation.

A state where you want to be,

Where you feel good.

Take some time and set your actionable goals now.

And as you continue with your visualization,

Repeat this mantra.

I develop healthy habits that are small and achievable,

Which add up to make a big difference for me in the long run.

I am proud of my healthy habits.

I develop healthy habits that are small and achievable,

Which add up to make a big difference for me in the long run.

I am proud of my healthy habits.

Take some time and visualize setting yourself some of those healthy habits into your day.

Maybe it's drinking more water throughout the day,

Or maybe it's pausing in the middle of an anxious thought or a stressful situation and taking a few deep breaths before reacting.

Take some time and visualize those healthy habits now.

And as you're thinking about your healthy habits,

Set yourself an intention to feel motivated to achieve them.

Feeling motivated throughout the whole day to carry out those tasks with clear objectives and purpose.

Let your purpose drive you.

Let your purpose be the motivator to carry out those tasks and complete them with passion and joy.

And you go through your day making confident decisions that propel you further in your life.

And as you go through your visualization for your perfect day,

Repeat this mantra in your mind or out loud.

I keep my body moving throughout the day,

Stretching,

Walking,

Dancing,

Anything that brings me joy.

I keep my body moving throughout the day.

And as you continue through your day,

Feeling fulfilled by spreading the knowledge that you have and that you've learned and picked up throughout your lifetime,

Spreading this knowledge onto others,

Whether it's your family,

Your kids or your coworkers or students,

And feeling this joy of making their lives light up,

Making a difference,

Making a positive contribution to the people around you and your community.

And feeling the sense of purpose and passion.

Feeling passionate and motivated about the tasks in your work that you do,

Feeling purposeful as you contribute to your community and the world at large,

Knowing that what you do matters and it makes a difference.

So think about your work and the work you do in the world and visualize that work that you do making a difference in the world,

Really affecting the world at large.

And as you keep going through your day,

You dedicate some time for self-care,

Like yoga or meditation,

Journaling,

Maybe a bath.

And imagine yourself getting filled up with renewal through these practices.

Take some time and visualize yourself participating in these self-care practices.

Maybe it's just a few breaths.

Maybe it's a seated meditation.

Take some time and visualize yourself taking care of yourself.

And as you keep going,

Allow yourself to daydream and visualize the future that you want to create for yourself.

I allow myself to smile and laugh freely and feel the joy deep into my bones.

I don't care that I might look silly looking and feeling happy.

I spread this joy to those around me and infect them with my happiness.

Allowing yourself to take this moment to daydream and visualize the future that you want to create for yourself.

Now feel the connection with other people in your life,

Like your family or your coworkers and friends,

And feel a deep sense of belonging and connection to these people and the universe as a whole.

Feeling connected to the world and to each other.

You can say the mantra out loud or in your mind,

I am connected.

I am connected.

As you continue,

You handle challenging moments with grace and ease and patience.

You understand that these challenges are happening for you and not to you.

And then the universe is on your side.

You choose to trust the universe and believe that everything is as it should be.

Being resilient and strong in your body,

Mind and your spirit.

You take deep breaths throughout the day.

Make the time to connect to Mother Earth by putting your bare feet into the earth,

Taking a walk in the park or forest,

Breathing in this fresh and clean air.

You feel at ease in your home,

Which is free of clutter and it gives you more brain space.

Clean environment is good for my brain.

Clean environment is good for my brain.

My external world is a reflection of my internal world.

And as the day unwinds,

You settle down with another self-care practice like reading a book or journaling about your day,

Taking some time to connect with your loved ones by having a conversation or playing a game and feeling this deep sense of connection and belonging in your home with your loved ones.

Maybe you go outside for a bit and enjoy the stars twinkle in the night sky or you see the moon and appreciate the universe,

How amazing and vast it is.

You feel that awe at the world around you and you feel so blessed to be living in this moment right here,

Right now.

There's so much to be grateful for.

So you take a few moments to fill yourself up with gratitude for everything that you have and done that have led you to this point where you are right now.

Just as we're saturated with joy,

Joy in render,

With the And you feel so at peace and so much joy in your heart about this day and the adventure of another day tomorrow.

And you fall asleep with a big smile on your face.
