"OneMed is a free guided meditation designed to break through the barrier of 'meditation.' While it is somewhat brash and in your face, it is aimed at changing the meditative approach. If you're frustrated with meditation, if it's become a 'discipline' or an 'exercise' involving willpower, it's time to redefine the conception. Sit back, relax and forget everything you 'know' about meditation while giving yourself the time and clarity to listen. Meditation is not complicated, it's so simple that we often overlook its beauty. It has been said that "the obvious is unseen," this is the point of this free guided meditation. So just sit there or lie there with your eyes open or closed,

Doesn't matter,

Thinking or not thinking.

And if you're thinking,

Just forget that you're thinking and relax.

Focus on what is beneath your breath.

And if you hear a song in your head or see images in your mind,

It's fine.

It really doesn't matter.

Just don't do anything about it.

It's fine.

It doesn't matter.

Nothing does.

Just relax.

That's all meditation is.

Nothing.

Literally doing nothing.

Meditating isn't even meditation.

It's really not anything at all.

And none of it makes a difference.

Nor is there any difference to be made.

Just relax.

If you laugh,

It's fine.

It doesn't matter.

If you move,

It's fine.

It doesn't matter.

Nothing makes a difference.

Let your mind rest from its shenanigans.

The shenanigans don't stop.

They never will.

But the shenanigans are fine.

Just let the circus in your head play itself out and chill.

Relax.

Let your mind be free.

Forget you have a mind.

Just stop forgetting you have a mind already and relax.

Everything is as it should be.

This is a moment that doesn't exist.

Everything is fine.

You're breathing all on your own without ever worrying about it.

Living doesn't have to worry.

There's nothing to worry about.

Let your mind wander and don't worry about it.

You don't have to wonder about it as it wanders.

You're breathing without any effort.

Relax.

Everything is taken care of.

Everything is fine.

It's whatever.

Whatever happens is okay.

Rest.

Allow yourself to rest.

You deserve it.

And anything that comes up,

Let it be.

Just continue to relax.

Relax.

Lots of questions come up.

What do I think about?

What do I not think about?

The point is not to think or not think.

Thinking is going to happen and that's fine.

The point is to pay attention to what matters.

Don't focus on your breath.

Don't focus on the sounds around you.

Don't focus on the tinglies in your feet or any of that right now.

Just focus on what is beneath the breath.

The deepest part of yourself there,

Underneath the noise,

Underneath the turbulence.

The part of you that is pure love,

Which is all of you,

But springs forth from the depths of your being,

Which is beyond form,

The light,

Love,

Energy,

Which is all things and no thing at all.

Focus here.

Focus here.

And the more you focus here,

The more you will be overtaken,

Generating and amplifying that one and only thing that is radiating all around us,

Through us,

And which makes up all that is.

It's always that simple.

There's nothing to do.

There's no point in rushing.

There's no point in hurrying or forcing anything.

Let the play naturally work itself out as it wills and just focus on the most fundamental part of you,

The deepest part of yourself,

Which is eternal and infinite light,

Love,

Energy.

It's all you are.

It is all you ever can be.

You literally can't not be love because love is all there ever is,

Was,

Or ever will be.

This is the place that is home,

The place you want to cultivate,

The place to come to at all times in life.

When you're here,

There can't be any mistakes.

There can't be anything wrong,

And whatever happens will be better than okay.

Cultivating the awareness of the truth and abiding in this and all that is required,

Everything will fall into place from here.

Every action step will be revealed.

Every opportunity will be obvious.

There is one energy in the universe,

Which is you and everything else in existence.

Just relax.

Allow yourself to breathe and focus on the deepest part of yourself.

It might be a sensation.

There might be an image associated with it,

A light,

Laser beam,

A spark,

A fire.

Whatever you want to see,

Just focus deep,

Deep,

Deep,

As far as you can go within yourself and allow everything else to fade into the backdrop,

Focusing on the light that you are,

Which is all that you are and all you ever can be.

And the more you focus on it,

The more you amplify it,

The more it attracts itself.

Coming from this place is all that is important.

Coming from this place is all you need to do.

Coming from this place will improve every situation that you're involved in.

Coming from this place,

It will be obvious what you need to do next.

So continue to relax.

Continue to focus.

Continue to generate and amplify the love that you are and everything else in existence is.

Breathing,

Relaxing,

And focusing,

Allowing everything else to fade,

That's not what's important.

What's important is the approach where we begin.

Breathing,

Focusing on what is underneath,

Beneath,

Deep,

Beneath the breath.

So here you are breathing in a relaxed state,

Focusing on what's beneath the breath,

Getting deep,

Deep into yourself.

Allowing the thoughts in your head to be what they are,

Not following them,

Just letting them run their course.

The thinking will never stop.

That's not the point.

The point is to focus on what's beneath the thoughts,

Beneath the breath,

Deep,

Deep inside,

As far as you can go.

This is the place where everything flows from,

Your natural being,

Your essence,

Which is pure love,

Pure light.

Everything is okay.

Everything is fine and everything flows from this place,

This realization.

This realization puts you in the right place at the right time.

It's all that matters.

So as you begin to get a sense of this,

Continue to focus on this and understand that this is what meditation is.

It's not a practice.

It's not a discipline.

It's not a way to remove thoughts from your mind.

It's cultivating a place to come from,

Your natural approach,

Which everything,

Everything flows from,

From here,

This basic,

Fundamental,

Simple foundation.

So as you start to come out of this relaxed state,

Know that this is you,

And this is where you operate from at all times,

Approaching life from a place of infinite love,

Which is all there is and all that ever will be is your natural state.

And focusing on this truth is the easiest and most natural place to operate from.

Keep this in mind and watch life flow and exceed any and all your expectations.
