This short practice is meant to direct the attention on your sensing organs - how is it that we feel something, at all? What feels? And how does "feeling the feels" happen? Hopefully, with these simple instructions, you'll quickly sink into your body. Includes background music and non-native English voice.

Sit comfortably.

Just feeling your body.

You notice you can feel pleasure just by feeling your body.

It feels good to feel the sensations,

No matter what they are or what they are.

Sensations feel different,

There are multi to all them.

But the pleasure is in feeling them itself.

In the feeling itself not about this world.

Breathing occurs in and out,

In and out,

Whatever rhythm or tempo.

It doesn't matter how long you breathe in,

How long you breathe out,

What the temperature air is.

You know,

Where do you feel the breath in your body?

Because it just kind of happens,

Happens,

Just is.

And you notice it's pleasant to feel the breath,

To experience breath,

To experience what is.

You can feel the breath in your body.
