Make yourself comfortable lying or sitting and just relax.
You've got nothing else to do now.
So just allow yourself to be comfortable and close your eyes.
Without judgment,
Start to allow yourself to feel comfortable.
On your out breath,
Feel the chair or the bed supporting you.
Without judgment,
Just notice any tension or pain or other feelings in your body.
Part of this healing is identifying and accepting what you are experiencing in this present moment,
Including any uncomfortable sensations or feelings.
So let yourself identify where you are feeling anxiousness or stress.
Maybe in your chest or in your throat,
In your jaw,
Maybe lower in your solar plexus or deep in your gut.
Where is that feeling?
What does it feel like?
It may have a heaviness or a texture.
It may have a shape or a colour.
And breathe.
Accept this feeling that exists in your body as being there in this moment.
Let it be okay for now.
Just letting it be what it is right now.
And breathe.
Using your imagination,
Starting at your next breath,
Imagine breathing in from the bottom of your feet,
Drawing that breath up to the place in your body where you feel that feeling.
And then slowly breathing it out of that place where you felt that anxiousness or stress.
Continue this breathing in through the soles of your feet,
Up to the place in your body,
And slowly out from that area where you felt that anxiousness.
Continue this breathing in through the soles of your feet,
Up to that place in your body,
Then slowly out of that area where you felt that feeling.
Letting anything that you no longer want,
Anything that is not for your body's best interest,
Be released as you breathe out.
Continue in through the soles of your feet,
Drawing it up to that place in your body,
Then slowly breathing it out from there,
Letting all else go.
And some people find it helpful to imagine the breath as healing energy,
Healing energy that is breathed in through the bottom of the feet to heal and lighten that area of the body that felt tension.
Some people feel this healing energy as a tingling or a warm sensation.
You may feel a tingling or a warmth at the soles of your feet as you breathe in that healing energy through your feet,
And up to that place in your body,
Allowing it to heal and letting it go.
Continue this breathing.
Once more,
Drawing that healing energy up,
Allowing it to clear and heal,
And then taking anything,
Any feelings you no longer need,
Out and away.
If you want to,

Taking a deep breath in to energize your body now,
Coming back into the room,
And you may open your eyes.
