Transcript

Please do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating heavy machinery.

Use it in a relaxed and safe environment.

Go ahead and get yourself comfortable.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in and exhale.

Close your eyes.

Completely immerse yourself in the sounds that you hear and relax as you do.

Feel the warmth of a gentle,

Loving white light as it touches you.

Starting at your toes and moving up to your ankles.

Relax those areas.

Feel that warmth continue to move up and relax each area of your body.

As it makes contact from the ankles to the calves.

Calves to the thighs.

Over the pelvis.

Up the abdomen and lower back.

To the middle and upper back.

Over your chest.

Up the neck.

To the crown of your head.

You are completely engulfed in this loving white light.

And it feels so felt.

So fabulous.

Relaxation has fully embraced you.

Cradling your very existence and comfort.

Feel any tension simply melt away.

As this loving white light heals and restores you to your core of simplicity.

With every use of your five senses during this meditation you will become more relaxed.

And open to receiving the tools that will assist you in staying in a positive state of mind.

Now see yourself standing in front of a beautiful path that leads to a safe space perfectly designed by you.

There are ten steps in front of you leading forward.

As you take the first and second steps start thinking about the simple design of the space you are going to enter.

As you take the third and fourth steps decide where this space is and what it looks like.

As you take the fifth step decide what type of comfortable seating you will spend this time in.

As you walk the sixth and seventh steps recognize that taking time for yourself to decompress is healthy for you.

As you take the eighth and ninth steps you can see your perfect sanctuary in the space past the rainbow of light.

Just waiting for your arrival.

As you take the tenth and final step you walk through the rainbow of light and let it cleanse you from head to toe of any remaining negativity as you enter into your perfect space.

Feel the happiness and positivity it brings you to be here.

You can come back to this space at any time.

Walk over to your perfectly designed seating area and take a comfortable position.

Let a solid beam of loving white light continuously shine down upon you and embrace your perfect state of being as you begin this journey.

Now let's begin.

Work stress is identified here as feeling overwhelmed or being in a mental state of worry about what needs to be accomplished in a given time frame.

Stress is present in our everyday lives but it does not have to be toxic to your mind and body.

Stress can be managed in a very positive manner that can be empowering and uplifting.

Right now you will release old unhealthy habits and dealing with your stress that did not help you at all and allow yourself to learn.

See that worrying is a waste of time and energy because all will be accomplished on time.

As you stay in this perfect state of relaxation see a screen appear in front of you.

Yes,

This screen can appear out of thin air and just be there because of your will to make it so.

It is playing a moment from your life movie.

You are the star of this show.

As you continue to watch you see your character working through a to-do list that is weighing on your character's mind and causing stress.

This stress is manifested physically in the form of a weighted vest seen on your character's body.

At the time your character does not see the vest is there but can feel its weight.

This movie is awesomely interactive.

Pause your movie and reach your hand into the screen and remove the weighted vest from your character.

Now whisper into the screen for this is you giving yourself a solid reset.

Say to your character now,

I took the weights off for you.

Feel how light you are like a feather floating on a gentle breeze.

Now take a deep breath and let's refocus.

With your character look at this situation from a different perspective.

You have the time because everything is paused for as long as you need.

Your character is no longer a victim of stress because you are empowering your character to overcome these tasks in a positive manner.

You are taking action and putting your energy into planning and accomplishment.

See the tasks that your character has to get done.

Take a moment to prioritize those tasks in the order that best suits you.

Now that you are organized you hit the unpause button and resume your movie.

Watch your character take those tasks one at a time.

Each task being completed and then moving on to the next one and the next in a healthy time frame until all of your characters tasks have been completed on time.

Just as you always knew they would.

As this movie ends and you see your character's success and accomplishments hit pause one last time.

Now step into the screen and greet your character for it is you.

As you hug each other in a congratulations on your success your character merges into you.

Bringing this newfound knowledge you created together into your physical and spiritual being.

The two of you are now one.

What you have learned here together is your gift to take with you on how to manage stress in a positive and healthy manner.

Congratulations.

Now step out of the screen back into your comfortable seating area and allow the screen to disappear for now because you have accomplished your goal here today.

As you sit for a moment to reflect.

Know that the reason why we feel overwhelmed at times is because we are looking at the picture as a whole instead of looking at the parts or sections that make it up one at a time.

Like putting a puzzle together.

Like a puzzle.

We know what the final product should look like.

But we forget that the final product can only be accomplished one puzzle piece at a time.

There may be times where you may need to jump from one item on your to do list to the next.

And that is okay.

Especially if your mind works best that way.

You will stay organized while you do it.

It is also important to know that it is completely okay for you to ask for help when you need it.

Because you understand the balance of needing to do some things yourself.

And allowing yourself to receive help for those tasks you do not need to do alone.

This balance is a sign of strength and you know that sometimes a fresh set of eyes can provide fantastic insight into a given situation.

From now on you will organize your to do list and focus on one piece at a time moving from one item to the next and allowing the final product of your labors to build itself as you go.

Until you have completed that which you have set out to do.

Time is your friend because you use it to set realistic goals for yourself to get your to do list completed.

All while maintaining deadlines.

You are now empowered with the skills to be stress free.

You no longer have any need to worry about any to do list you might have because you know it will all be completed in a healthy fashion.

Feel and embrace the freedom you feel in this new mindset.

For you have taken your power back.

Realize how much more naturally relaxed you are because of your newfound knowledge.

Good for you.

Now it is time to return.

As you leave this space.

Notice that loving white light is always with you and a part of you.

Let it always shine upon you.

Lifting your mood and merging your mind body and spirit.

Walk back to the entrance to your perfect sanctuary.

Step through the rainbow light that acts as your doorway into this space.

Knowing that you are now stress free.

Take your first step.

Knowing that you can return here anytime you want to.

As you take your second and third steps.

Note how much lighter you feel and the positivity you feel in your steps as you take them.

As you take the fourth step.

Know that you have a new mindset that allows you to be stress free.

Taking your fifth step.

See the place from where you began this journey in the distance ahead.

On taking your sixth and seventh steps.

Notice the peace and tranquility you feel throughout your persona because you have empowered yourself.

As you take the eighth and ninth steps.

Know that you will continue to evolve yourself in a positive fashion.

As you take your tenth and final step.

Feel the joy for what you have done here today.

As your feet find the spot from which you began this journey.

Feel the reintegration of your relaxed muscles and the slow awakening of your five senses.

All of these return to their perfect state for you.

Know that on the count of one you are aware of the happenings around you.

On the count of two you will be able to recall this entire experience.

On the count of three you feel happy and loved inside for the empowerment that you have given yourself.

On the count of four you are fully reintegrated into the room and your body.

And on the count of five come to when you are ready and continue your task at hand.

Good journey to you.
