Hello beautiful,

This is Stacia Elizabeth and today we are going to do some body kindness affirmations together.

We are going to use these words and thoughts to retrain our brain to think and speak in a positive way so we can start to transform our lives on a subconscious level.

It's time to shift our thoughts onto what we do want instead of what we don't want.

Together now we will build a strong foundation of loving thoughts for ourselves and our bodies.

Let's begin.

I trust the wisdom of my body.

I use my energy to pay attention to myself,

My inner wisdom,

My virtues,

My path,

And my journey.

My body is perfect in its own way and doesn't need to look like anyone else's.

I no longer look to others to dictate who I should be,

How I should feel,

Or how I should look.

Accepting myself as I am right now is the first step in growing and evolving.

I enjoy feeling good.

I deserve to feel good.

I am perfect,

Whole,

And complete just the way I am.

Being skinny or fat is not my identity.

I am identified by who I am on the inside,

A loving and wonderful person.

My opinion of myself is the only one that counts.

I hold myself in high esteem.

I love my body because it allows me to experience the world around me and try new things.

I am compassionate and warm.

My very existence makes the world a better place.

Love fills every inch of my skin and I feel the love inside my body.

My well-being is the most important thing to me.

I am responsible for taking care of me.

I love my body and I love myself.

I am perfect and complete just the way I am.

I feed my body healthy,

Nourishing food and give it healthy,

Nourishing exercise because it deserves to be taken care of.

I know the answers and solutions.

I listen to myself and trust my inner judgment.

I feel strong and confident in my body.

My life is what I make of it.

I have all the power.

My body is a vessel for my awesomeness.

My body radiates beautiful kindness.

I eat a variety of foods for my health,

Wellness and enjoyment.

There is more to life than worrying about my weight.

I am ready to experience it.

Food is not good or bad.

It has no moral significance.

It exists to nourish my body and energize my soul.

My heart is courageous,

Kind and loving.

Being grounded and whole makes me beautiful.

I can get there just by being still,

Breathing,

Listening to my intuition and doing what I can to be kind to myself and others.

I enjoy feeling good about my body.

I deserve to be treated with love and respect.

I am grateful for my body.

I want to treat it with love and respect.

I am thankful for my strength.

Body,

If you can love me for who I am,

I promise to love you for who you are.

My body can do awesome things.

I am learning how to love my body.

My body is a gift.

I treat it with love and respect.

Life is too short and too precious to waste time obsessing about my body.

I am going to take care of it to the best of my ability and get out of my head and into the world.

I love and accept my body just as it is today.

A goal weight is an arbitrary number.

How I feel is what's important.

As long as I am good,

Kind and hold myself with integrity,

It doesn't matter what other people think of me.

I believe in my ability to truly love myself for who I am.

It's okay to love myself now as I continue to evolve.

I eat for energy and nourishment.

Life doesn't start 10,

20,

30 pounds from now.

It already started.

I make the choice to include myself in it.

As I turn my attention to my physical body,

I experience it with gratitude,

Appreciation and love.

I have everything inside of me that I need to take care of myself without using food.

As I let go of all the negative thoughts I have held about my body,

I feel at peace.

It's okay for me to like myself.

It's okay for me to love myself.

I forgive myself for judging my body as unworthy.

I have all the energy I need right now.

I pay attention to myself,

My virtues,

My path and my journey.

I wrap my body in thoughts of love and comfort.

Thighs,

Thank you for carrying me to where I want to go.

Belly,

Thank you for helping me digest.

Skin,

Thank you for protecting me.

I enjoy feeling good.

It's okay for me to feel good.

Other people don't dictate my choices for me.

I know what's best for myself.

I feed my body life affirming foods so I am healthy and vital.

I choose health and healing every day.

Taking care of myself feels good.

I choose to do and say kind things for and about myself.

I can always return to my breath,

Just breathe and be okay.

There is only this moment.

My well-being is the most important thing to me.

I am responsible for taking care of me.

We are each responsible for ourselves.

I can trust my intuition.

It's here to guide me.

Taking care of myself feels good.

I choose to do and say kind things for and about myself and for and about others.

Thank you so much for joining me today as we went through these positive affirmations.

As always,

I encourage you to listen to this track every day.

And if it feels right for you,

Feel free to write down some of the affirmations or speak them out loud so that you really truly start to embrace and believe the words that you are saying,

Thinking and feeling.

Your thoughts and your beliefs are so powerful.

And if we can just shift them to be more kind and more positive,

Then these will be the voices that fill your head on a regular basis.

So I encourage you to keep showing up for yourself and to continue to do the work that makes you feel the best.

So I encourage you to keep showing up for yourself and doing what feels the best for you for your health and happiness journey.

And I am so grateful that you have trusted me to guide you on this track today.

So if you would like,

Feel free to listen to this again if you have the time,

But be sure to consistently show up and listen to this track,

Whether it be while you're driving,

While you're doing the dishes or sitting down and committing a focused practice to listening to this track.

I'm wishing and sending you so much love today and every day.

And I look forward to continue to support you on this journey in any way that I can.
