Welcome to the waning moon surrender meditation.
My name is Kyra and I'll be your guide today.
So let's begin by finding ourselves in a comfortable position,
Perhaps seated or lying down,
Whatever feels best for you today.
And when you're comfortable close down the eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and release it through the mouth in a sigh.
Breathe in through the nose and sigh to exhale out the mouth.
Breathe in and sigh it out letting go,
Relaxing,
Releasing.
Resuming your normal breathing pattern now.
Bringing your awareness down to your toes,
Feeling the ground beneath you or perhaps you're wearing socks or shoes.
Just taking note of whatever you can feel at your feet.
Bringing the awareness up your legs,
Letting your legs relax.
Just taking note of how they feel and letting go of any tension you might be holding.
Bringing your awareness now up your spine,
Letting your whole upper body relax.
Dropping the shoulders,
Bringing your awareness down your arms and into your hands,
Letting the fingers relax.
And bringing the awareness further up into your face,
Letting the mouth relax,
The tongue relax,
The eyes and the eyebrows and the forehead.
Letting go of whatever you're holding on to,
Just being here,
Being fully present.
Letting your entire being sink into relaxation.
The waning moon is the perfect time of the moon cycle to let go and surrender.
Bring to mind something that you've been holding onto recently.
Is there something that's been causing you pain?
Something that's been causing stress or anxiety?
Is there something that's been troubling you?
You are safe here as you bring this thought to your mind.
From this relaxed state,
You can view your troubles objectively.
Finding a new perspective,
Seeing the bigger picture and allow yourself to release these troubles.
So as you think about the most pressing problem in your life right now,
Visualize how you can turn this problem around and create a more positive outcome by letting it go.
How can you surrender?
Surrender your deepest fears and go with the flow,
Trusting that the universe is looking out for you.
I'll give you a moment here to visualize how you can surrender to this situation in your mind.

Take your troubles and release them to the universe.
Visualize yourself holding these troubles and problems in your hands and hold it up to the stars above you,
Offering it to the universe so that the universe can take these burdens from you.
Feel a sense of release as the universe smiles down upon you,
Taking your problems from your hands,
Freeing up your energy.
Feel a lightness wash over your being,
A sense of lightness in the shoulders as you let go of your worries and a lightness in your heart as you let go of your fears and sink into this blissful surrender as you let the universe take your worries for you.
Bringing your awareness now back into your physical body,
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Bringing your awareness into your toes,
Giving them a bit of movement,
Some wiggling there through the toes,
Bringing the awareness back into hands and fingers,
Giving them a stretch and when you're ready opening the eyes and bring a smile to your face as you know that the universe is looking out for you.
