Namaste and welcome to this summer solstice meditation for Leta.
My name is Kyra and I'll be your guide today.
When you're ready,
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
And then close down the eyes.
Let's begin by taking some deep breaths together in and out through the nose.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale,
Taking a deep breath in and exhale,
Taking a deep breath out.
One more deep breath in and exhale,
Completely emptying the lungs.
Then resuming your normal breathing,
Continuing to inhale and exhale deeply in your own pace.
Visualise yourself lying under the sun,
Feeling the warmth radiating down upon you.
Feel the sun's energy coming in through the crown of your head and allow this warm golden energy to travel down from the crown of your head,
Through your face,
Down through your neck.
Allow this golden energy to spread,
Filling your body with warmth,
With healing,
As this glowing golden light spreads down through your arms,
Down into the fingers.
It flows down through the chest,
Down through the belly,
Through the legs,
Healing and warming and glowing with golden light,
All the way down to your feet and into your toes.
Let your body relax into this golden energy from the sun.
Allow this golden energy to fill your body with healing energy as it unblocks and heals any areas of tension or pain,
Allowing your body to feel free and weightless.
The summer solstice or Leta is the longest day of the year and it marks a turning point after we've been working so hard over these past few months,
Bringing our dreams and our goals into our reality and we now begin to wind things down as we head towards the colder months.
So we use this summer solstice as a time of reflection.
Visualise now the projects that you've been working on over the past few months.
What have you created or manifested in your life over these past six months?

Trust that you are supported by the universe to make this change in your life.
Trust that you have the ability to create change.
Visualise that golden energy still flowing through your body.
The warm golden energy radiating down from the sun at its highest point in the sky.
And gently let that golden light flow out of your body up through the crown of your head flowing back up towards the sun.
In your body feeling healed,
Relaxed and protected.
Let all the golden energy flow out,
Returning to its source.
And take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Bringing your awareness back into your physical body.
Bringing some movement into the toes.
Bringing some movement into the fingers.
And when you're ready,
Opening up the eyes,
Coming back into the room that you're in.
You have the support from the universe to make this change moving forward in your life.
