Good morning.
Let's start our day together by setting intentions and sending out gratitude to the universe.
In a lying position if you're still in bed,
Or perhaps seated if you're already out of bed,
Find yourself in a comfortable spot and close down the eyes.
Let's take a few deep breaths together.
In through the nose,
And out through the nose.
In through the nose,
And out through the nose.
One more deep full breath in through the nose,
And exhale letting it all out and resuming your normal breathing pattern.
Bring your awareness to your physical body.
Taking note of any area that feels tense or uncomfortable.
Move that area if you need to.
Make yourself feel comfortable sending love and light to any areas of pain or discomfort.
And now bring your mind to how you want to feel today.
What are your intentions for the day ahead?
How would you like to feel?
Let that feeling enter your body,
Mind and spirit.
Let that feeling radiate through your entire being and carry the vibration of this feeling with you today.
Now bring to mind something that you are grateful for today.
What are you feeling thankful for today?
Just let it come into your mind and send love and gratitude to the universe for providing.
Let that love and gratitude radiate throughout you as you send thanks to the universe.
Now bringing your awareness back into your physical body.
Giving your toes and fingers a little wriggle taking a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.
And when you're ready you may open your eyes.
