Welcome to this energy cleansing meditation with payload center.

My name is Kyra and I'll be your guide today.

So before we start this meditation I invite you to connect with payload center if you have any.

You may like to burn a payload center stick or perhaps use the payload center essential oil in the diffuser or maybe placing a drop in the palm of the hands.

Please pause this meditation now if you'd like to do so.

So when you're ready I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position perhaps seated or lying down whatever feels best for you today.

And when you feeling comfortable close down the eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose and as you exhale let it sigh through the mouth.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.

One more deep inhalation and as you sigh it out let your body completely relax.

Resuming your normal breathing pattern now.

We're going to scan the body starting from the feet.

Just checking in with your body noticing if the feet feel relaxed or maybe noticing if you're holding some tension.

Let the feet relax let the toes relax then bringing your awareness up through the legs.

First noticing without judgment how the legs are feeling then softening the legs letting them relax letting them sink into the earth below you.

Moving your awareness up now through the hips noticing if the hips are feeling tight or maybe they're feeling soft and relaxed.

Let the hips relax as they melt into the ground beneath you.

Bringing the awareness now up through the lower back noticing how your spine is feeling.

Send relaxation to your spine letting your lower back relax.

Bringing your awareness up through the middle back and letting the middle back relax and sending the awareness up to the top of your back and your shoulders letting them drop and relax.

Bringing the awareness down the arms letting them soften and relax.

Noticing how the hands and the fingers are.

If they're feeling tense let them soften.

Let the fingers and the palms lie gently open completely relaxed.

Bringing the awareness now to the throat to the neck letting this area relax and soften.

Now bringing the awareness to the face letting the lips relax letting the eyes relax the forehead letting all your facial muscles relax.

From this completely relaxed state I invite you to visualize yourself standing on a beach.

Feel the sand so soft under your feet.

Feel completely safe and relaxed standing here on the warm sand.

You can hear waves crashing gently against the shore and you look around this visualization seeing the ocean expanded in front of you seeing the waves crashing over so gently.

The ocean is calm and it's so peaceful here on this beach.

You begin to walk forward towards the ocean.

You feel your feet step into the warm water.

Water is see-through that is so clear and transparent that you can see right through it to the sand at the bottom of the ocean.

This clear warm water has magical cleansing powers you can feel it in your feet already.

You can feel this water drawing out any energy that no longer aligns with you.

You begin to step further into the water feeling the water travel up your legs to your knees cleansing your energy cleansing your emotions.

You feel all your worries and disappointments just being washed away by this magical healing water.

You continue to walk deeper into the water letting the water come up to your hips.

Your body is half in the water now in this calm ocean and you're feeling so cleansed and relaxed in this space.

I invite you now to move deeper into the water.

Perhaps you might like to float in the water or you might like to go for a swim.

I invite you now to visualize yourself emerging into this water letting the water cleanse your entire being.

I'll give you a moment here to soak up the cleansing energy of this magical water.

You feel completely cleansed now.

Your energy feels so much lighter.

You are feeling healed and cleansed.

You begin to move slowly out of the water now.

Walking towards the shore leaving behind your old energy in the water.

Stepping out onto the sand with fresh clean energy.

As you begin to walk up to the shore,

The sunlight gently dries you.

You feel grateful for this cleansing and healing experience.

You find a clean towel waiting for you on the sand.

You sit down here on the beach feeling completely relaxed.

And now you bring your awareness back into your physical body.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.

Bring your awareness to your toes and your fingers,

Giving them a little wriggle,

A stretch.

Bringing some movement back into the body.

And then opening the eyes,

Coming back into the room that you're in.
