Hello,

This is Hemla Mukindalab and I am here to guide you on a short 5 minute meditation.

So close your eyes,

Sit back and relax and listen to the sound of my voice.

Take a deep breath in and hold your breath for a few seconds,

Feeling it build in your body and then slowly release.

As you take your next in breath,

Imagine that it is filled with air that is light and clear and this air has the ability to fill each of your cells in your body with that clean,

Pure air.

Feel it move down into your feet,

Your ankles,

Up your legs,

Into your thighs,

Into your hips,

Up your spine,

Over your belly,

Into your shoulders and down to your arms,

To your fingertips.

Feel that light,

Clear,

Pure air fill into your neck,

Top of your head and then as you exhale feel any heaviness,

Any darkness,

Anything that your body no longer needs to hold.

Feel your body release it.

If there is any pain or tension in your body then simply let it be.

If it releases through the breath then that is good too.

Now come to your heart and notice if there are any thoughts and feelings of emotion that are holding you back in some way.

Feel your heart full with that same,

Clear,

Pure air,

Aerating it and in your out breath feel it release anything your heart no longer needs to hold.

Imagine your mind now and all the thoughts that are going through it.

Feel that as you breath in that air moves up into your mind,

Into your brain,

Aerating it,

It's soft and light and clear.

If there are thoughts your mind no longer needs to hold on to,

Feel that too release from your mind.

And now on your next inhale,

Notice if there is anything that you have forgotten and feel the air fill that part of you too.

And as you exhale,

Feel it releasing and bringing calm and quiet to you.

As you fill your belly with your next breath,

Hold it just for a few moments and then very slowly release.

Now open your eyes and start your day or continue with it.

I hope you have enjoyed this short meditation.

Thank you.
