Introductory Talk For Lion's Gate Meditation

Hema's work and philosophy is about bringing us back to an alignment with our heart energy and intelligence. At this time (8/8 Lion's Gate), qualities of the heart are more activated due to the planetary activity. The main qualities being love, courage and truth. When we connect with our heart energy more fully, we have an opportunity to raise our vibration and in turn raise the collective vibration, we can heal historical patterns that no longer serve us as individuals and as humanity.
