I'm Helen Quayle and this is a short heart centering practice.
Let your eyes softly close when you're ready.
They can also stay open,
Just find a neutral point,
There's no need to look at the screen.
Turning your gaze down.
Like a pebble thrown into a pond,
Just dropping down with gravity,
Down towards the heart.
And I invite you to bring softness around this falling of attention.
Softness around it.
It's not looking for anything.
It's not looking to have any particular kind of experience.
It is willing to be home in the heart.
Be aware of the spine,
Behind the physical heart,
The physical structure of the spine and the energetic column of unwavering support that is strong and flexible.
The heart does not exist alone,
It is supported and interconnected.
Bring a curiosity and lightness to your inquiry,
Entering into the heart space,
Through the center of the chest,
Through the physical,
Through the emotional,
Through the spiritual,
Into the heart space that is beyond any words,
That holds all other levels of,
Perhaps you may sense or feel some of these levels as we expand and let go of identifying with perhaps the most familiar emotional levels.
There's nothing wrong with anything that moves through this tender,
Precious heart.
Just practice opening awareness gently,
Even more.
To sense or touch of a holding,
A heart that is without end,
That holds your heart,
My heart,
All of our hearts.
You're welcome to rest here as long as you wish.
When you're ready to complete,
You might like to bring your hands,
Just as I'm doing,
Physically onto your chest and take three loving breaths,
Saying yes to love,
Yes to the heart.
You're releasing stories,
Releasing what is God and then bringing the hands together,
The thumbs in contact with the chest and we can bow to the one heart,
To each other.
Thank you for practicing.
