Welcome,

Take a moment to settle wherever you are.

Let your breath arrive just as it is.

Place one hand over your heart and one over your belly.

Feel the warmth of your palms and let your breath slow down a little.

Notice the rise and fall beneath your hands.

Let your shoulders drop and let this moment be simple.

Relax your jaw,

Unclench the small muscles around your eyes and let your shoulders melt downward.

Invite your whole body to settle like it's exhaling with you.

Let your breath deepen into its own time.

No forcing,

No allowing.

Just let your body find a little more room,

A little more ease right here.

Come back to your senses.

Notice what you see,

What you hear,

What you smell or taste,

What your body is touching.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Feel yourself here,

Supported.

Take one more slow breath,

A little deeper than before.

And thank yourself for arriving,

For pausing,

For coming home to your body.
