Hello and welcome.

I'm glad you're here.

This is our five-minute follow-up to Love and Gratitude,

Slowing the Journey to Savor the Love,

Which was a 15-minute.

This is a five-minute daily practice you can use for the lead-up to Thanksgiving to give you a space to tune up feeling that love and gratitude that you deserve to savor this holiday.

Take a slow breath in and soften your exhale.

Bring your hands to your heart and feel the warmth there.

Think of one moment of love from your life,

Big or small,

And let that moment fill your mind.

Let it warm your chest and let it spread through your whole body.

Think of one thing you feel grateful for today,

Just one,

And breathe it in and breathe it out.

Love in,

Gratitude out.

So we'll stay here for a few minutes,

Breathing love in and gratitude out.

The gentle rise and fall of the breath,

The awareness of the love,

Nourishing the body,

Holding space in each nook and cranny.

Gratitude into every space,

Grateful for so many things,

So many moments,

And gratitude out.

One more deep breath in and let your body settle.

That's all.

Carry this with you into whatever comes next.
