Hello everyone and welcome to another Mindful Moment. This meditation is an opportunity to Reboot, just like your breath. Each breath is a transition. Let's begin. Take a minute and find a comfortable position. Adjust to fit the needs of your body in this moment. Begin to notice your breath. Consciously choose to inhale a little longer and a little deeper.

Hello everyone and welcome to another mindful moment.

Take a minute and find a comfortable position and settle in,

Adjusting to fit the needs of your body in this moment.

Begin to notice your breath and consciously choose to inhale a little bit longer and a little bit deeper and extend the exhale.

Take a minute with your eyes open to look at your surroundings while still connecting to your breath.

Notice and observe.

And then let's take a moment and close our eyes,

Observing our internal landscape.

The days get so busy and so hectic.

We consume constantly,

Whether it's visually consuming by watching the news or some form of programming,

Reading,

Occupying ourselves.

Constantly taken so much auditorily,

Listening to podcasts,

Informational talk,

Music.

And we do so much with our bodies constantly,

Completing tasks,

Staying busy,

Filling our minds with chatter,

To do lists,

Constant dialogue.

It's not that any of these particular things are wrong or bad,

But we forget how important it is to have a moment of quiet,

To have a moment just to listen to what's around us,

To observe our surroundings for the simple act of witnessing and observation,

To pause the body and be still for the simple act of feeling this moment.

And to be in this moment without judgment,

To be in alignment with what is and what is being offered,

No agenda,

No list to accomplish,

No goal to be met.

Simply connecting to life as it is.

And these moments of pausing don't have to be long.

They can be a couple of breaths,

Feeling into the body,

Taking a moment to notice the mind and to observe the thoughts and choose not to engage with them,

But to let them be.

Remembering that it's okay to feel what you're feeling,

That it's okay to be where you are in life.

And when we pause,

It's like a reboot of our system.

Getting into your breath now,

Deep inhale and a slow extended exhale.

Let's reboot for just a moment,

Feeling your connection to the earth,

To the ground,

To your chair,

To your bed.

Letting your eyes be closed and observing what you notice behind your eyelids because you still see just a different landscape.

Just feel the way the breath moves into the body and how the body naturally responds with an expanding of the belly or the chest,

Movement in the shoulders and how the body naturally comes back to rest.

Observing the activity of the sounds around you,

The movement of life,

The stillness in the air.

On this next inhale,

Let's notice the transition between the inhale and the exhale.

Taking a deep breath in,

Pausing and exhale,

Pause.

There is always a transition.

Each breath can be a transition into how you move into your next activity for the day between your thoughts.

Each breath can reboot your system.

Let's take a minute and let your eyes slowly flutter open and notice the transition into your current awareness,

Remaining connected to your body and your breath and adding in visual stimuli,

The transition between going inward and then taking our focus externally but remaining connected to our internal state.

Taking a nice long inhale,

Pausing and a nice long exhale.

You can reboot your system any time of the day and you can use that reboot as a transition into your next activity.

Slowly pausing and reconnecting.

Each moment is a gift.

Let's take one more deep inhale together and a nice slow exhale,

Bringing a smile to your lips.

Thank you for this moment,

This transition into whatever you do next.

Going to be in this moment,

Sending you into the next phase of being with so much love from my heart to yours.
