When I was a baby,
My very first word after the usual mama,
Papa was stuck.
And I think that's so interesting because it's definitely been a theme throughout my life.
Now,
Not so much being stuck,
Although that was definitely a theme for the first 40 years.
But since then,
It's all been about becoming unstuck.
Was about.
Feeling that I was stuck,
Becoming unstuck and then helping other people to do the same.
And for me,
Meditation has been such a big part of that.
But meditation alone is not enough.
One of the greatest gifts of meditation is that it enables us to reconnect with ourselves,
Connect with our intuition,
And receive guidance.
Where we need to go next.
What little baby steps we need to take.
To get us to where we know in our heart that we want to be.
And it's about cultivating the courage and the self-belief.
To enable you to take those little steps.
There has to be action in order for us to continue evolving.
And sometimes people say to me,
I'm doing the breath work,
I'm doing the affirmations,
I'm doing the meditation,
And nothing's changing for me.
But are you listening to that?
Calling deep within you whatever that is asking you to do.
And are you gently with as much self-love and self-compassion as possible,
Listening to that and taking those little steps?
And taking action can be difficult.
I know how hard it can be.
But if we're doing the meditation and all the inner work and we still don't really feel that inner peace,
It's almost definitely because something needs to change in your life.
And that may be the people you are keeping company with,
Even if they're members of your family.
Sometimes things need to change in order for us.
To get on the path.
True inner peace and to the highest expression of who we truly are.
So I hope that helps.
I invite you to explore my work if you are feeling stuck and if you want to become unstuck because I promise you that wherever you are and whatever you're experiencing right now,
You are not stuck and change is always possible and there's always hope of things getting better for you.
I promise you they will.
So I look forward to connecting with you again soon.
Take care.
Bye bye.
