This poem, written and read by Heather Deane, is an invitation to come back home to your deep heart — to remember your infinite capacity to love fully and feel deeply. Listen with an open heart and allow it to remind you how beautiful it is to be human, and to be alive in this very moment — perfectly imperfect. Music: “FMH (Feel My Heart)” by Matt Moore Zzyzx — a healing 432Hz soundscape often called ‘the miracle tone’ for its calming and restorative qualities. You can find the full track on Matt's profile, entitled '10 Minute Panic Attack Relief'. Photo: Tim Mossholder

Go into your deep heart,

My dear,

And tell me what you find there Great chasms of love Walls lit with sparks of joy Here and there,

Nuggets of grief Saved up for a rainy day Your fear Your self-doubt Old pains you could have let go of years ago They are all welcome Here,

In your deep heart Big enough to hold it all This is Heather Dean I'm sending love and I look forward to connecting with you again very soon Take care
