
Parisian Sleep Story (10 Hr) | Reiki, Brown Noise & Rain
This 10-hour sleep track is designed to help you drift into deep, restful sleep — and stay asleep throughout the night. We begin with a 22-minute guided sleep story, where you’re invited to receive a deeply relaxing reiki treatment at a luxury spa in Paris. Gentle imagery and soothing guidance help calm the nervous system and ease you into rest. After the story ends, you’re supported for the rest of the night by layered brown noise with soft rain sounds. Brown noise is deeply soothing to the nervous system, helps quiet mental noise, and supports deeper, more restorative sleep. Many highly sensitive people and those with ADHD find it gentler and more calming than white noise.
