Welcome,
This is a short breath meditation that you can turn to at any time whenever you need it.
Sitting up with a straight spine,
Gently roll your shoulders back to open up your chest to allow your breath to flow easily in and out.
Gently relax your shoulders and your body as you settle into a comfortable seat.
Gently closing down your eyes if this feels suitable for you,
Breathing in and out through your nose.
If you are holding onto any tension,
Take a few deep exhales or sighs out of the mouth to release this negative energy.
Follow your breath as you gently count your inhale 1 and exhale 2.
