Begin by taking a few relaxed,
Deep,
Slow breaths.
Breathing through the nose,
Exhaling out through your mouth.
As you continue your breathing,
Begin to imagine that with each exhale,
You are releasing any stuck or stagnant energies from your body.
Releasing old emotions,
Fears,
Beliefs that are no longer serving you.
Until your body gets a little lighter with each breath.
You can even imagine a beautiful,
Cleansing waterfall washing over you,
Washing from the top of your head,
Over your body,
And helping to clear any of these stuck or stagnant old energies from you now.
Let's spend just another minute here just focusing on the breath and releasing and clearing our energies.
Now we are going to take a journey deep within to a place where you find a sense of inner calm and peace.
Leaving behind the current moment in time,
And imagine you are walking down a path somewhere in nature.
The path can be in the meadows,
In a forest,
Along a beach,
Or wherever you choose to picture in your mind.
And as you walk down this path,
You find yourself following it along to a place where you come to the most beautiful view you can imagine.
Take a moment to allow wherever this beautiful scene your mind wants to show you to come into view.
Begin to notice where you are,
Noticing all of the details of what you see here.
Are there trees surrounding you,
Or are you in some sort of a clearing?
What's under your feet?
Is it rocks,
Dirt,
Sand,
Or something else?
Do you see any flowers or anything of a different color?
Are there any animals there with you?
Taking in all the input now from your eyes of this beautiful surrounding that you find in this moment.
Now beginning to connect to what you hear in this space.
Do you hear birds chirping,
The sound of ocean waves coming in,
Wind through the trees,
Or something else?
Take a moment to take in all of the sounds of this beautiful place.
Now noticing what you smell in this place.
Is it the smell of the forest,
Of the salty ocean air,
Flowers,
Or something else?
Take some nice deep breaths to fully breathe in the smell of this place.
Now take a few moments to become aware of your skin and notice what you feel on your skin.
Is it the warm rays of the sunshine,
A gentle breeze across your skin,
Light rain,
Or something else?
Become fully present to the sensations that you feel on your skin for just a few breaths.
Lastly taking a moment to notice if you have a sense of tasting something in this place,
Like salty ocean air,
Woodsy taste of forest.
Know that this can sometimes be a more challenging sense to connect to for some of us,
So don't worry if nothing comes to you.
Now that you've deeply immersed yourself in this beautiful space,
I want you to find a comfortable place in the scene where you can sit down.
Maybe finding a tree stump or a rock,
Maybe sitting directly on the earth.
Taking a few moments to get comfortable as you settle in to the space.
A few nice relaxed deep breaths.
As you settle into this space,
Feel your body relaxing and calming.
Feel the muscles in your face begin to soften.
Feel your neck and shoulders soften.
Your chest begins to soften.
Your heart softens.
Your back and your spine soften.
Your hands softening.
Your arms softening.
Your belly softening.
Your hips softening.
And your legs and your feet softening too.
Take another breath or two just allowing any areas of tension to continue to soften.
And as your body softens,
Sink into the sense of peace and safety that you find in this place.
Knowing that you are completely safe in this beautiful space that your mind has guided you to.
Now that you feel relaxed,
Begin to imagine a version of you who is infinitely wise begins walking towards you right now.
As he or she approaches you,
You smile at each other and your wise self sits down with you to share a message.
Take a few moments to listen to whatever this wise version of you wants to share with you right now.
What does he or she want to share with you about this present situation that you find yourself in in this moment?
What wisdom or advice does your wise self want to give you now?
Take a moment to ask your wise self any question you might want to ask right now.
Looking for his or her wisdom for you in this moment.
And as you ask that question,
Then receive the answer from your wise self.
And now your time with your wise self is drawing to a close,
At least for this moment.
Thank your wise self for whatever wisdom and inspiration he or she has shared with you right now.
And now begin to watch as he or she walks away from you and you are alone again.
And now we are going to begin to transition out of this deeply relaxed space and the peace that we have found here in nature.
But I want you to make sure that you take this inner sense of calm and peace with you as you leave.
Begin by getting up from where you are sitting and then start to follow the path that you came to this place on back to where you came from.
And as you find yourself back in the present moment and location,
Take a few relaxed deep breaths.
Feeling the energy coming back into your body now.
As you're ready,
You can choose to wiggle fingers and toes,
Awakening movement in your body.
And whenever the time is right for you,
You can gently open your eyes and come back to the present moment.
