Hello dear friend,

How have you been?

Do you walk down the street and all you notice is how perfect everyone is?

It does happen to me sometimes,

Especially when I focus on something that I feel I'm missing.

Most of us strive for perfection and we feel that once we have everything,

We will live happily ever after.

Yes,

Well,

You know,

I know,

That that's not true.

Striving for perfection leads to suffering,

Emotional pain and struggle to fulfill the ego's desire.

So let's practice together how to embrace and love unconditionally our imperfections.

Bring your body into a comfortable posture,

Take a deep breath,

Slow down,

Connect to your body and your heart.

I invite you to take a break from the outside world for the next 10 minutes or so and connect to your inner world.

Pause for a few moments and sense how you feel.

How does it feel to be present in your body right now?

Take three deep and slow breaths into your abdomen.

Inhale deeply and exhale out slowly.

Keep breathing,

Expanding your belly until your breath reaches your ribs and then exhale out in every direction.

See your exhale gushing in front of you,

Behind you,

To your left,

To your right,

Above you and below you.

And now invite your inhale to enter your body from every direction,

Above you,

Below you,

From your left,

From your right,

In front and behind you.

Inhale bigger than your body and then exhale in every direction,

Above and below you,

To your left,

To your right,

In front and behind you.

Take another deep breath into your heart space and hold your breath for a moment or two and then gently release.

Feel free to let out a sigh or make a sound.

Connect with your inner guidance and listen to your body.

You will know exactly what you have to do.

Just be for the next few breaths,

Basking in your own energy.

Feel the breath settling back into its familiar rhythm.

Become aware of your thoughts.

Notice them without feeling the need to interact with them.

Imagine a big screen in your mind's eye and see your thoughts being projected on the screen.

You are the observer of your thoughts.

Breathe and notice the captions come in and go out.

Take a break from observing your thoughts and shift your attention to your breath.

Relax your body.

Drop your shoulders.

Loosen up your muscles,

Joints and bones and let them move towards the ground.

Notice what happens to your body now that you have given yourself permission to relax.

Feel your body getting heavier and heavier.

No need to hold onto your muscles.

Let everything sink into the ground.

I invite you to recall a moment when you felt lesser.

You felt small,

Inadequate,

Insufficient,

Powerless and unimportant.

Bring back those feelings and allow yourself to feel what you are feeling.

Who do you feel is responsible for those feelings?

Is it your ego or your soul?

To your soul,

You are perfect just the way you are.

Scan your body through the eyes of your soul and acknowledge your authenticity and value your uniqueness.

To your ego,

You will never be enough because the ego is afraid of failure and is afraid of success.

So don't bother to invest your time and energy in pleasing your ego.

Instead,

Surround your ego with love and compassion.

Let's take this moment to appreciate who you really are on a deeper level.

Who you are beyond this body,

Beyond your nationality,

Beyond the colour of your skin,

Your bones,

Beyond the cells and atoms of your being.

Transcend your awareness from the outside world into your inner world.

This is a process.

It takes time,

Perseverance and practice.

Be patient with yourself.

Who you are is this beautiful sparkling energy,

A soft and melodious white light,

A frequency that vibrates love and light.

Appreciate your true self,

Your higher self,

Your essence energy,

Your inner beauty.

Let go of the need to compare yourself to others.

This will only cause you pain because you will always find someone who has the things you want,

The job you want or the life that you always dreamed of.

Begin acknowledging the things you have and value about yourself.

Any small thing will do.

Keep breathing and remain in this present moment.

The more you focus on what you love about yourself,

About your life,

The more open and inclined you will feel to embrace yourself just the way you are.

Who you are is pure consciousness in physical body.

Can you think of one thing that you love about yourself?

Just breathe and allow it to come to you naturally and organically.

Think with your heart,

Sense with your heart,

Feel with your heart.

Practice every day being kinder,

Softer,

More loving and compassionate to yourself.

Feel the love seeping through your body from the inside out.

Let's bask in this pool of pure loving kindness energy.

Relax the body,

Drop the shoulders and float in this energy.

Trying involves a lot of effort and energy and no matter how hard you try,

You will never be perfect and that's okay because you are human.

If you wait until everything will be perfect,

Then you will never get anything done.

Set an intention for yourself to do your best in everything and release the outcome.

Slowly bring your attention back to your breath.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Start moving fingers and toes.

Stretch your body and when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
