We are here to reclaim our inner power.

To settle into the strength that we hold within.
This part of ourselves that lacks self-trust,
Confidence,
Authority.
As sensitive,
Quiet people.
We tend to hide in the shadows.
Letting stronger personalities emerge first.
But in doing so,
We only hold ourselves back.
By sitting on the sidelines and doubting our worth.
We can't reveal our essence.
The part of us that shimmers.
That magnetizes others to us.
Just know we aren't lost,
Just stuck in a loop that no longer serves.
We can find ourselves today.
Affirm to yourself.
I will find myself today.
Settle into the truth.
Of your body now.
With rounded lips,
Sip a slow deep breath into the heart space.
And release the breath like a wave out the mouth.
Another slow,
Deep breath into the heart space.
And release the breath like a wave.
Out the mouth.
And sip another breath.
Sending it all the way down to the stomach.
Blowing up the stomach like a balloon.
And releasing it.
Out the mouth.
Meditate on your gut.
As you place a gentle hand here.
This is your power center.
Your internal navigation system.
Feel into it deeper.
Is it asking to be seen?
Asking to be heard.
Allow some time to settle into the sensations that arise there.
Make note of the temperature.
Do you feel heat?
Or is it cold and tingly?
Continue bringing the breath deeper as you work through these sensations.
Lighting up the gut with powerful life force energy.
As you continue breathing.
Ask yourself quietly.
When did I begin doubting myself?
When did I begin doubting myself?
How long have I been letting my awareness drift out of my body?
Causing dissociation and apathy.
Was there a time that I remember feeling strong?
Powerful and uninhibited.
Try to remember what that power felt like.
In your body.
Name the emotions or the sensations.
As you do so,
Bring yourself into a power stance.
With hands on the waist and the chest raised and proud.
And as you hold this power stance,
Repeat the following to yourself.
I honor my own inner power.
I trust my gut and my body's intelligence.
I am sovereign in my body.
I have the ability to voice my needs and act on them.
I am no longer helpless.
I remember who I am.

As you continue remembering who you are.
Try to locate a body part.
Or an emotion that feels like strength.
A tingling or excitement that lives inside you.
That is asking to be seen.
Meditate on that sensation for a moment.
Spreading a warm golden light throughout this part of you.
As it uplifts you and illuminates you.
You may begin to feel your heart opening to the possibility.
The potential of your greatness emerging to the surface.
A life where you voice your needs with power and confidence.
You are no longer begging to be heard.
You are no longer resentful.
For seeing others in the spotlight.
You are brought to life again.
Feel the truth in your body of living in this warm light.
Continue to feel the warmth as you bring gentle touch to your arms,
Chest,
And shoulders.
Letting the body know.
We are settling things now.
And bring a hand back to your belly.
And say to yourself now.
