This powerful meditation opens the heart again in the wake of pain, loss, or heartache. Set to inspirational music by Music of Wisdom, our time together slowly builds as we reacquaint ourselves with our heart space and affirm some of our best qualities. We lean into our vulnerability as we stay open and resist the urge to disconnect from our heart. We use touch to press into our body, softening places that have hardened and imagining healing light. Even if the pain remains, we walk away with a deeper inner connection.

Take a deep breath and settle into the spaces of your heart.

Imagine the pale pink color,

The beat,

The pace.

See how it feels.

Resisting the urge to close and being open and willing keeps us in alignment with our hearts.

It's probably one of the hardest things we will do,

To stay open.

Disconnect removes us from our softness.

Presence keeps us grounded in love.

So we can see the sparkle in our own eyes again,

And we desire to be in our own space.

We are here today to feel magnetic.

Once you believe that you are,

You simply become it.

This requires willingness to be vulnerable and love unconditionally.

Touch your heart center now with both hands,

Recognizing the rising and the falling of your chest.

Closing your eyes and breathing in and out with intention.

Make a mental note of your favorite qualities about yourself.

If you hesitate with this,

Think about it differently.

On your best days,

Who do you show up as?

How does it feel in your body when you trust yourself?

When you love yourself?

What version of you do you aspire to be all the time?

List out your favorite things about you,

As simply and plainly as you can,

Like this.

I love my soft energy.

I love my passion for life.

I love my curiosity.

I love my determination.

I love my creativity.

I love my sensitivity and empathy.

I love my beauty.

I love my ability to connect deeply.

I love my body.

I love my heart.

Fill in the blank with what you love,

And believe it as you repeat it.

I love my heart.

Picture yourself in front of you as you repeat these affirmations to yourself.

Bring a soft smile to your lips as you say the words with depth and intention.

Feel the warmth in your body as you spread love.

Feel into this expansion.

Bring one hand to the heart and one hand to the belly now.

Take a deep breath in for 10 seconds.

Press.

Hold it at the top.

And while holding the breath,

Press firmly into the heart and into the belly.

Visualizing bright healing light.

And release.

Repeat this again.

Taking a deep breath in for 10 seconds.

Press.

Hold it at the top.

And while holding the breath,

Press firmly into the heart and into the belly.

Visualizing bright healing light.

Press.

Press.

Press.

And release.

One more time.

Take a deep breath in for 10 seconds.

Holding at the top.

And press firmly into the heart and the belly.

Visualizing bright healing light.

Press.

Press.

Press.

And release.

If you start to check out or retreat from the present moment,

This is normal.

Simply call back your presence.

Rub the hands together slowly.

Touching the fingertips of each finger slowly and methodically.

Bringing back the sensory recognition.

Spread love throughout your body as you do this.

Now repeat this mantra out loud.

With one hand on the throat to feel the vibration.

Repeat this aloud.

I am made of love.

I live and I breathe love.

I am loved and I love in return.

My heart is endless.

My love is boundless.

I am healing my fractured heart.

I am gentle with my heart.

There is peace in knowing my heart is always full.

I breathe abundance.

Let the words sink in.

Believe them and let them wash over you.

Settle into your space now.

Bringing awareness back to the room that you are in.

You can start to bring movement to your fingers and your toes.

And remember who you are.

Never forget.

Namaste my friends.

Go in peace.
