Start to set yourself up in a comfortable position.
You can either sit upright or you're welcome to lie down.
Close your eyes and start to breathe.
Start to breathe with your full awareness on your breath.
It's okay if your mind pulls you away,
Keep returning back to your breath.
Keep your eyes closed and gently turn your gaze inwards and upwards towards your third eye,
That point between your eyebrows.
This is where your greatest teacher lives,
Your intuition.
As you breathe in,
Visualize breathing into that space and as you breathe out,
Visualize breathing out of that space.
If your attention wanders off,
Bring it back to your third eye.
You are breathing more deeply and more fully than you were five minutes ago.
Notice those very short and subtle pauses at the top of your inhale and at the bottom of your exhale.
They're barely perceptible unless you really intend to witness them.
As you breathe in and out of your third eye,
Notice the quiet in between your inhale and exhale.
Communicate to your intuition,
To your inner teacher that if it has any messages for you,
They can come to you in those short,
Quiet moments.
You may have something come up or you may have nothing come up and both are okay.
We do not wake up one day and become intuitive.
No,
It is a relationship with our intuition that we must build.
Answers and messages don't always just come to us.
A lot of times we must ask.
Spend these final moments just being here with your third eye.
Stay here for as long as you would like to.
Namaste.
