Welcome to our guided sound bath into the ocean deep.

This will be a visualization experience taking you into the depths of your body and mind.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Make yourselves comfortable.

You may lie down,

You may sit cross-legged,

Your comfort is key.

Before we begin,

We will start with a few deep breaths in and allow ourselves to get situated into this space to ground our body and mind as we experience this journey into the deep.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale.

And one more deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale.

Feel how your body has become more relaxed as we start our journey.

With your eyes closed,

I want you to imagine you are on a beautiful beach.

It's early morning.

The sky is still dark as the sun hasn't come up yet.

The moon is shining bright.

The star is shining within.

Vibrant and beautiful.

Safe and warm.

The sand is soft as you feel your feet sinking in.

As you look out into the ocean,

The water is glowing with bioluminescence.

Beautiful aquamarine lights glowing with the crashing waves.

Let's bask in this moment.

Gently breathing.

Feeling relaxed and safe.

Feel the vibrations as they move through your body.

The sound of the waves.

The waves are soft and inviting as you begin to make your way to the water.

The sand is warm.

The sky is shining.

In this moment,

You are at peace.

As you approach the water,

The blue glow invites you in.

The water is warm.

The water is clear.

The water is safe for you to enter.

As you're walking into the ocean,

You're walking deeper and deeper.

As the water begins to reach your knees,

Your thighs,

Into your waist.

Your hands are extended at your sides as the bioluminescence moves all around you.

You are safe and held.

In this comfort,

You allow yourself to lie back.

Floating on the surface of the water,

Looking up at the stars,

Your body begins to relax deeper and deeper.

The water is soft and inviting as you enter the ocean.

The water is clear.

The water is safe and holding you in.

Breathing gently into the vibrations.

In and out.

In and out.

Breathing gently into the vibrations.

Breathing gently into the vibrations.

Floating on top of the water.

Looking up at the stars.

Looking up at the moon.

In this moment,

You are at peace.

There's nothing in this water that can hurt you.

You are safe in this space to just relax.

In this space of relaxation,

Let's take a few more deep breaths in as our body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

And exhale.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

And exhale.

One more deep breath in.

Hold.

And exhale.

And your body begins to sink.

You are now below the surface.

And in this space,

Although you are underwater,

You can breathe.

You are safe.

As your body sinks deeper and deeper into the water.

You watch the light of the moon becoming more dim.

As you start to drift down into the ocean.

In this deep state of peace and relaxation.

Deeper and deeper.

The ocean carrying you softly down.

Down towards the bottom.

You are safe and warm.

As you bask in these vibrations.

You are safe and warm.

You are safe and warm.

The ocean holding you like a warm weighted blanket of love.

Holding you safe in this space.

As your body drifts deeper and deeper to the bottom of the ocean.

You feel your body gently rest against the surface of the ocean.

As you sink into the sand at the bottom.

Vast in this space,

Gently breathing in,

Gently breathing out.

There is nowhere you have to be.

You are exactly where you need to be.

You are safe at the bottom of the ocean.

You see above you a pod of whales.

A beautiful family swimming freely all around you.

You are safe as they send you their love.

They are protected from harm.

Their presence brings a deep comfort.

Resting at the bottom of the ocean.

As the whales dance all around you.

Sing their beautiful song of love and compassion.

Breathing gently in,

There is nothing to worry about here.

Only presence and relaxation.

Your body is feeling lighter as you begin to slowly lift up and float back towards the surface.

Slowly floating up.

There is no rush.

Just basking in this weightlessness.

Venus.

The bubbles all around you,

Carrying you up.

As the sky above you gets brighter,

As you float closer and closer to the surface.

As you finally reach the top,

You see the sun is slowly coming up over the horizon.

As your body floats weightless on the surface of the water,

The weight of your past,

And the weight of the world absorbed into the ocean,

Allowing you to feel free and weightless.
