
Multi-Instrument Guided Double Chakra Cleanse
This session begins by gently guiding us in with a softly spoken voice to quiet and ease our minds. A variety of musical instruments then follow along the journey as we travel through each of the chakras, cleansing them two times before gently closing out the session. Use this meditation to bring your tension and stress to an end.
Transcript
As we go through each of these instruments,
I'll be guiding you on what areas to focus on while each of the notes are being played.
This is your opportunity and your chance to just relax,
To calm your mind,
To bring yourself centered and to just observe the sensations that you experience during this ride.
The key is to lower all expectation,
To just sit comfortably and feel.
As we go through,
If you find yourself in any sort of discomfort,
Try to not see it as a negative thing.
If you find yourself getting restless,
Bring yourself back to the sound,
To the sound of the balls,
To the sound of the chimes,
And to the sound of my voice.
You will hear me breathe throughout this session,
And in those indicators,
Feel free to breathe yourself,
For breath is the most important factor in releasing whatever it is we might be carrying with us.
We'll start our session with cleansing the space.
Today we will be using Sage.
Sage is an excellent,
Excellent space cleanser.
It has a woody,
Mint aroma that's very warm,
Very crisp on your senses.
Even though the sound in this experience may be going through the camera,
The effects of the Sage still take place.
As you hear the wings flap,
Feel your body,
The restlessness,
Coming to a stop.
Feel your body,
The restlessness,
Coming to a stop.
Each flap of the wings is cleaning and cleansing your mind,
And cleansing your space,
Opening you up to whatever it is that you may experience,
Positive or negative.
There is nothing you must do right now,
Other than just experience,
To just be.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body,
Preparing for the waves to come.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body,

Feel the rain as it loosens your body,
Preparing for the waves to come.

Now that your mind and your body is calm,
We ask that we take a deep breath in through our nose,
And exhale through the mouth.
I now ask you to bring your awareness to your sacrum,
To the very bottom of your spine.
Visualize and feel,
Observe how this sound makes your face feel.
If your mind tends to wander,
Bring your awareness back to the base of your spine.
Observe how this sound makes the base of your spine feel.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body,
Preparing for the waves to come.

I now ask that you bring your awareness to your navel.
Observe the sensations you experience in your stomach while you hear these sounds.
Keep your focus on your stomach.

Observe how the bowl makes it feel.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
As we see deeper into relaxation,
Now bring your awareness to your solar plexus.
This is the area at the bottom center of your rib cage.
Observe how the waves make this area feel.
Keep your awareness on your solar plexus.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
You will now bring our awareness to our heart.
Bring your focus to your heart,
Your attention to your heart,
And observe the way this sound makes it feel.
If you find your mind wandering,
That is okay.
Just bring your awareness back to your heart space.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
We will now move our awareness to our throat.
Bring your attention and your focus to your throat and observe how this sound makes it feel.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
Keep your focus and your attention on your throat as you feel these waves.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.

As we sink deeper into relaxation,
I now ask that we move our awareness to our forehead,
To the location in between our eyebrows.
Keep your focus on this spot and observe how this sound makes it feel.
Keep your focus on this spot and observe how this sound makes it feel.
Keep your awareness and your attention focused on the area in between your eyebrows.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
Feel the rain as it loosens your body.
Now I ask that we bring our awareness to our crown,
To the very top of our head.
Observe how the waves make this area feel.
If your mind tends to wander,
This is okay.
Bring your awareness back to your crown.
Feel how the sound makes it feel.
Feel how the sound makes it feel.
Now I ask that you visualize with me as each of these notes ring.
Feel the waves move from the base of your spine to the crown of your skull.
Feel the waves move from the base of your spine to the crown of your skull.

Now feel the waves pulse back down from your crown back to the base of your spine.
Feel the waves pulse back down from your crown back to the base of your spine.

As we find ourselves deep in relaxation,
I ask that you now bring your awareness back to the base of your spine and observe how this sound makes it feel.
Feel the waves pulse back down from your crown back to the base of your spine.
As we move on,
I now ask that you bring your awareness back to your navel,
Back to your stomach,
And observe how this sound makes this area feel.
Feel the waves pulse back down from your crown back to the base of your spine.
As we move up the body,
Bring out your awareness to your solar plexus and observe the sensations you experience with these frequencies.
Feel the waves pulse back down from your crown back to the base of your spine.
Feel the waves pulse back down from your crown back to the base of your spine.
Now we bring our awareness back to our heart.
Observe the area of your heart and feel how it feels when I make these notes.
As we move on,
I now bring your awareness back to your throat.
And observe what sensations you experience when these waves hit your throat.
Now we will move our awareness up further to our forehead.
Observe the area in between your eyebrows and observe how this sound makes it feel.
As we move up further,
I now ask you that you bring our awareness to your crown,
To the place on the very top of your skull and observe how this sound makes it feel.
Now we will move our awareness up further to our forehead.
Now I would like you to observe the waves moving again from the base of your spine.
With each note passing through the centers to the crown.
And visualize the sound going back down from the crown to the base of your spine,
Cleansing every space in between.
As you deeply relax,
I will now cleanse this space with the rainstain.
Now we will move our awareness up further to our forehead.
And observe how this sound makes it feel.
And we will clear the energy of this space again.
Clear the feeling of this space with the sage.
Imagine a warm smell,
Warm smoky smell.
Like the smell of the scent of a minty wood,
As we cleanse this space.
Each wing flap cleans our mind,
Wipes away any fog we may have been carrying with us.
To clear space for new thoughts,
Inspiration,
Clarity,
And calmness.
Before we close this session,
I'd like us all to take another deep breath in through our nose and exhale through our mouth.
