Welcome to our seven chakra challenge.
This is a singing bowl challenge.
Seven specific frequencies to challenge the body and mind,
To confront pain and discomfort,
And to take control of your thoughts and emotions through the power of sound and vibration.
In this meditation,
We will focus on the sound of each bowl,
Noticing how it makes the body and mind feel.
And every two minutes,
A new frequency will be added,
Compounding the effects.
To enjoy the frequencies,
You must fully accept them,
Releasing the body and mind from tension and resistance.
Can you make it to level seven?
Let's begin with level one.
This is the note C,
Vibrating at 258 hertz.
Focus on the tone and relax.
Release all other thoughts and stresses.
This time is for you.
Calm your body.
Take control of your breath.
Consciously release any tension you've noticed.
Let the vibrations wash over you.
Breathe.
Prepare yourself for the next frequency.
Level two.
This is the note D,
Vibrating at 285 hertz.
Focus on this new tone.
Find the areas of tension and release them.
Breathe.
Let the sound pass through you,
Breaking down all of your tension.
Breathe.
Prepare yourself for the next frequency.
We now begin level three.
This is the note E,
Vibrating at 325 hertz.
Can you isolate the new tone?
Let it be magnified.
Focus in on it.
Feel yourself to be at peace with the harmony,
Observing how it flows through you.
Breathe.
You're doing great.
Breathe into the vibrations.
Now prepare yourself for the next frequency.
We now begin level four.
This is the note F,
Vibrating at 343 hertz.
Now find that new tone.
Resist any anxiety or tension that may be building within you.
Breathe.
This is the halfway point.
You're calm and in control.
You're remembering to breathe.
You're doing excellent.
Now prepare yourself for the next frequency.
We now enter level five.
This is the note G,
Vibrating at 383 hertz.
By now,
The complexity has really increased.
It's easy to begin to feel overwhelmed.
Breathe.
Let go of any feelings of anxiety with your breath.
Let go of discomfort.
Breathe.
Now prepare yourself for the next frequency.
We will now begin level six.
This is the note A,
Vibrating at 432 hertz.
Many may find it difficult to continue on from here.
Don't allow yourself to fidget.
Don't run from the vibrations.
Feel them.
Stay with the sound and confront any negative emotions.
Prepare to breathe.
Release your desire for avoidance.
Be present with the sounds and give yourself to the vibrations.
Now prepare yourself for the final frequency.
You've now made it to level seven.
This is the note B,
Vibrating at 486 hertz.
You're almost to the end now.
Breathe.
Focus on the beauty of the full range of chakra frequencies.
One minute to go.
Join joy in the controlled chaos that these vibrations create.
Breathe.
Accept the vibrations within you.
Let your body and mind find peace among them.
Breathe.
