This gentle meditation invites you to slow down and settle into the present moment during your first trimester. Amid the changes and unknowns, let this be a space to breathe deeply and feel safe in the now. There’s nothing you need to do or become. Just rest here in this moment and allow it to hold you.

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep,

Soothing breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension you may be holding.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to settle more deeply into the present moment,

Letting go of any distractions or worries.

Take a moment to check in with yourself.

Notice how you're feeling right now.

There's no need to change anything,

Just simply observe.

You are here,

In this space,

In this moment.

You are pregnant,

And right now,

This is enough.

In a world full of to-do lists,

Future plans,

And endless thoughts,

It can be easy to forget the beauty of the present moment.

But today,

Right now,

Is a beautiful and complete reality.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel the peace of the present moment wash over you.

You don't need to be anywhere else,

There's nothing else to do.

Just this moment,

Just this breath.

Now bring your awareness to your body now,

To the area around your heart and your womb.

These are the spaces where your baby is growing,

Where life is unfolding.

Take a moment to feel the miracle of this right now,

The gentle rhythm of your breath.

The calm stillness in your body,

And the life you're nurturing within.

As you breathe deeply,

Connect with your room.

Visualize it glowing softly,

Filled with warmth and love.

Know that you are exactly where you need to be,

And in this moment,

Everything is as it should be.

Feel your breath flowing in and out,

Steady and calm,

Reminding you there is no need to rush,

No need to worry about what's next.

Right now,

You are pregnant,

You are here,

You are enough,

And everything else can wait.

In this moment of stillness,

Give yourself permission to simply be.

Allow your body to relax deeper with each breath,

Letting go of any tension,

Any thoughts about what you should be doing,

Or what's coming next.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently stretch,

And take a deep breath in,

Feeling refreshed and present.

When it feels right,

Slowly open your eyes.

Now you can return to this moment of peace any time you need to.

Just stop,

Breathe,

And reconnect with the present.

Everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
