In this guided practice, you will be tuning in to your own body and using your voice to vocally express what you are feeling within or what is wanting to be expressed through sounds and tones to shift and process the energy that is wanting to be felt and transformed by you so you can then raise your vibrational state as well as release trauma or old energies through this somatic practice.

Welcome to this vibrational voice alchemy practice.

This is a guided somatic embodiment practice.

This is where you will be using your voice to process,

Alchemize and shift your vibrational state.

Your voice is such a powerful vibrational tool.

Your own voice has the potential to bring you back into balance and harmony through the expression and transmutation of stagnant old low vibrational energies that may be existing within you that are ready to be alchemized and integrated.

There are many ways to use your voice for healing such as through using mantras,

Affirmations,

Humming,

Expressing your truth,

Light language and more.

However in this particular practice you will be tuning into your own body and using your voice to vocally express what you are feeling within or what is wanting to be expressed through sounds and tones to shift and process the energy that is wanting to be felt and transformed by you so you can then raise your vibrational state as well as release trauma or old energies through this somatic practice.

To begin find a safe space where you feel comfortable using your voice loudly.

Lie down on your back somewhere comfortable such as your bed,

Couch or yoga mat.

And have your arms lying next to your body with your palms facing up.

And bring your awareness to your body.

Notice how it feels in this moment,

The sensations.

Does your body feel hot or cold?

Does it feel heavy or light?

Do you feel an area of tension,

Constriction or stagnant energy?

Do you feel like stretching or moving your body in a certain way?

Now bring your awareness to an area you would like to focus on during this practice.

This is your heart,

Your stomach or your throat,

Perhaps your lower back.

Now out loud state my voice is powerful,

My voice can heal me.

Tune into the energy of that statement and know it as true.

Feel free to repeat this declaration again if you like.

My voice is powerful,

My voice can heal me.

While you keep your focus on this chosen area I invite you to vocalise a sound,

A tone that wants to be expressed from this area.

How would this stuck energy,

Past trauma or low vibrational energy express itself vocally so it can be seen,

Heard and felt?

Don't judge the sounds,

Allow it to be what it is.

Give yourself full permission to release what you have been holding onto.

During this process you may feel certain emotions arising to be felt.

You may want to cry,

You may feel the hurt,

Anger or grief that you weren't able to process in the past.

Allow yourself to feel it and express it.

Utilise your voice.

Take as much time as you need here.

Take as much time as you need here.

When you feel as though the charge of this emotion and area of tension or stuck energy has dissipated then you can begin to use your voice in a different way.

This time direct a sound or tone to this area for the purpose of sending it love,

Compassion and healing energy.

If you want to place your hands over this area or rub this area you can do this if you like.

Go with your own inner guidance in this moment.

You will notice a shift in the sound,

It may sound lighter,

Softer,

Perhaps a higher tone.

Just allow what wants to come through your voice and be unattached to how it sounds.

Focus on the loving,

Healing,

High vibrational energy you are transmitting and offering to this part of you.

You may feel an expansion in this area,

You may feel energy moving more freely through your body.

Notice the shift in the sensations that you feel now.

I'll give you some time to do this.

Okay.

Continue vocalizing the sound until you feel a sense of completion.

And when you feel that you've completed this,

As you lie there,

Just become aware of how you feel overall.

How you feel emotionally,

Mentally,

Physically and spiritually after holding space for yourself in this way.

Thank yourself for this practice.

Then you can grab your journal and do so.

Otherwise move forward having lots of compassion for yourself.
