Welcome to this Seeing Mindfully meditation.

This meditation will support you in observing what is around you with presence and focus.

You will not only feel the benefits of feeling calm and peaceful but you also will become more aware of your surroundings and be in touch with true reality,

Feeling the love and beauty that is always present.

Become non-attached to the outer world and instead integrate your inner and outer worlds together so you can fully embrace your human experience.

To begin sit down and softly rest your eyes,

Not closing them completely just allowing them to soften and relax.

Allow your body to settle in this very present moment.

Breathing slowly and deeply in and out through the nose.

Feeling safe and comfortable to just sit and be here.

Feeling a slowing down within you.

Allow your eyes to gently observe your surroundings without becoming attached to anything right now,

Just being the pure awareness of your environment.

Allow any thoughts that arise in your mind to appear and then dissipate as you don't engage with them.

Begin for a few moments in this still and clear awareness of what is here.

Hadn't meant it,

Your limitations,

Dependencies and worries have also seemed to flow.

There is nothing you need to do or focus on right now.

Just be in the stillness.

As you maintain this clear and aware state,

Gently open your eyes up further so you are seeing through fully opened eyes.

And I invite you to softly observe what is in front of you more intently now.

Perhaps noticing the colours and the textures of an object.

Maybe seeing the beauty within something that you have never truly paid attention to before.

Be fully present and see mindfully.

Remain as an observer,

As a witness to that which is in front of you.

I invite you not to label anything or project out judgements.

Just remaining present as the awareness.

And as you do this notice how you feel.

Perhaps you feel an expansion within you.

A peace.

A connection.

A bliss.

And aliveness.

Feel free to observe other things that are in your surroundings as they arise in your awareness.

Be present with them.

Be fully aware of them.

See them like you never have before.

For the remainder of this meditation stay observing.

Be mindful of what you can see with your eyes.

Look deeper.

Allow any emotions or sensations to arise within you if they do.

Feel the love,

The grace and connection with that which you see.

See if you can see the spark of the divine in them.

Does their own unique essence shine from them?

Do you feel that one with the world around you?

Just sit,

Be and observe.

See what is revealed to you through your eyes and through your inner knowing.

And you can stay here for as long as you like.

See what is revealed to you through your inner knowing.

See what is revealed to you through your inner knowing.

See what is revealed to you through your inner knowing.

See what is revealed to you through your inner knowing.

See what is revealed to you through your inner knowing.

See what is revealed to you through your inner knowing.

See what is revealed to you through your inner knowing.
