Welcome to this short guided meditation to help you get settled into a blissful slumber.
Ensure your body is resting comfortably on your soft mattress in whatever position feels best for you in this moment.
Pull any cosy blankets over your body if you wish and slowly close down your heavy eyelids.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling the air flow through your body and as you exhale through the mouth,
Make a sigh as you feel yourself sink deeper into your bed as your body completely relaxes.
Now allow the natural rhythm of the breath to be.
Notice it naturally slow and deepen as you consciously tune into the relaxation that permeates your body now.
There is no tension,
Just softness.
There is no pain,
Just pleasure.
There is no stress,
Just peace.
Total contentment on all levels of your being.
All is well.
