Welcome to this quick morning reset meditation.
It is time to start the day feeling clear and fresh and knowing your purpose for today.
So I invite you to close your eyes and consciously breathe slowly and deeply,
Setting the intention to reset and realign with what's truly important to you.
This may be to feel positive and optimistic instead of feeling low or overwhelmed with what happened yesterday.
It may be to be focused on your goals,
Tasks and priorities for the day.
It may be to feel spiritually connected to yourself,
To your guides or some other higher power that you believe in,
Instead of feeling disconnected and unsupported.
It may be to not invest energy into drama,
Negativity or old stories that do not serve you and instead to remain energised and have clarity on who you are and where you're going.
It may be to have discernment and trust your intuition,
Because you know every time you dismiss it,
It comes back to bite you.
It may be to commit to healthy eating and getting some exercise in,
Instead of skipping the gym and eating what's quick and easy.
It may be a combination of things,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually and physically.
So take a few minutes here to focus on today's intentions as you completely reset and realign with this brand new day.
And remember to really feel into the energy and state of being that you are wanting to embody today,
As you bring these intentions to the forefront of your mind.
