Welcome to this motherhood initiation guided meditation.
This is for you if you are pregnant and want to have a ceremony or blessing for yourself before you transition into motherhood.
And also for those that desire to step into motherhood and want to consciously call in that path and attune to the mother within them that they wish to embody in this lifetime.
During this meditation you will be guided into a meditative ceremony to honour the sacred transition from maiden to mother.
Acknowledging this passage you are about to step into and allowing yourself to surrender and accept the unfoldment and expansion of you and your life,
Bringing presence,
Intention and celebration to this beautiful initiation into motherhood.
I invite you to create a nice space for yourself,
Perhaps surrounding yourself with sacred items or lighting a candle or some incense.
And when you are ready,
Get comfortable.
You can be sitting or lying down and close your eyes.
I invite you to place one hand over your heart space and one hand over your womb and bring your awareness within,
To your heart and womb space,
To the growing life within you and just stay here for a moment and acknowledge the divine portal that you are,
A channel between the non-physical and physical realms.
Notice how you feel in this moment,
Noticing anything that is arising emotionally,
Mentally,
Physically or spiritually,
Being present with it all,
Without judgement,
With only awareness,
Acceptance and compassion,
Knowing that this is indeed a significant time in your life and all emotions and sensations that are coming up at this time are okay and to be welcomed.
Honouring this transition that is occurring emotionally,
Mentally,
Spiritually and physically,
Pregnancy and motherhood is impacting you on all levels and you welcome it with grace,
Going with the flow of this sacred journey,
Knowing it will unfold as it was destined to be.
For your highest good and for your baby's highest good,
A beautiful co-creation between the both of you that you chose to embark upon pre-birth.
The beautiful soul of your baby chose you to be their mother.
They chose you to be a vessel for them to grow within,
To be nurtured by and to be loved and taught by.
Take a moment to tune in to the perfection of this,
To give thanks for this sacred experience and the divine unfolding of it all.
I invite you now to either out loud or in your mind or simply listen to the following statements that you would like to declare with pure intent as you are initiated into motherhood.
I accept this sacred initiation into motherhood.
It is my time to transition from maiden to mother.
I do not know what lies ahead but I welcome this new stage in my life.
My connection and relationship with my child is unique and special.
I let go of the past and step into motherhood with empowerment and a full heart.
I step forward and surrender and trust in my intuition.
I know I have the ability to be a wonderful mother.
I now awaken the mother within me that is ready to rise.
I allow my unique essence to express and embody the mother that I came here to be and that my child chose.
I wholeheartedly accept this initiation into motherhood now.
I invite you to now tune in to this power that has emerged within your being.
Feel it and as you do this visualize a golden flame of light that stretches from your womb and up to your heart space.
This golden flame represents the strength,
Power and love that you have now activated within you as you accept and embrace the journey of motherhood.
Tend to this sacred flame through your focus upon it.
Let it grow.
See it expand and feel into it.
Notice the sensations within your body.
Notice how your heart and cells resonate with this new cycle and upgrade that you are now stepping into.
Feel into the readiness and knowingness of this transition into motherhood that lay beyond any fears or anxieties of the future.
Beneath it all you know that this is perfect and all in divine timing.
This is your time and your baby's time to come together and co-create a beautiful and fulfilling life.
There will be much to learn and all kinds of experiences to be had but you will move through them with ease and grace.
You will allow all moments to offer you gifts of wisdom and insight.
You will watch your baby grow and yourself grow through these times.
Motherhood is a journey where so much expansion can occur and so much love can blossom.
In these last few moments now,
Tune into your empowerment and the divine feminine energy that is rising within you.
Accept it and integrate it into your being as you now embody the energy of the mother that you came here to be.
Reside in this state as much as you can as you get closer to the birth of your precious baby.
You are going to be such an amazing mother and the perfect mother for your baby.
Thank yourself for creating the time and space to honour yourself and go through this motherhood initiation.
