Welcome to this breathing meditation.
Where you will breathe in health and healing.
And exhale this ease and this harmony.
This practice will soothe your nervous system,
Calm the mind,
And energetically shift your state of being.
Into a more coherent one.
That is conducive to living a healthy and vibrant life.
You are powerful.
Your state of consciousness is powerful.
And the messages you send to your innate bodily intelligence are being listened to.
And are ready to receive your instructions.
So I invite you to close your eyes and get into a comfortable position.
This may be seated or lying down.
Begin to breathe slowly and deeply.
Grounding your awareness in this very present moment.
No matter what you may be facing health wise,
You can always be open and receptive to health and healing.
Nothing is ever fixed,
Anything can be transformed,
As long as we are willing to be present with what is,
And offer it space to move and alchemise.
Harmony and coherence within and without is possible for you.
More ease,
Joy and grace can be experienced by you in your life.
And mind,
Body and spirit.
So breathe.
Drop into your body.
Feel into it.
And allow what is.
You don't have to like it.
Just accept what is in this moment and bring your full presence to it.
Witnessing it.
Letting it be without judgment.
That's it,
Deep slow breaths.
Every feeling,
Sensation,
Emotion.
Is a message from your soul,
From your body,
To you.
It sends you guidance and information through your body and intuitive senses.
Therefore,
We need to pause and we need to listen.
Then we need to take what we have received and trust it and move forward making the appropriate changes or shifts.
Sometimes we may want to suppress or deny these messages but they can get louder and eventually cause us more physical pain and discomfort.
So breathe into whatever may be present.
Relax and soften into this now.
Breathe and feel.
And now I invite you to consciously inhale through the nose.
Breathing in health and healing.
And exhale out through the mouth.
Fully breathing out any dis-ease or disharmony.
Feel the vitality,
Freshness and aliveness within as you inhale.
And each time you exhale completely.
Allowing any tension,
Pain or limitation to go out with it.
In a loving,
Gentle way.
In a supportive way.
Let the misalignment or inner disturbance flow away and alchemise back into a higher state through your witnessing.
Through your acceptance and integration of it.
Breathe in health and healing.
Breathe out any dissonance within.
So continue breathing at your own pace,
Softening into this rhythm of receiving and letting go.
Give yourself full permission to feel into the feelings and sensations of the healthy,
Healing,
Vibrant state of being that you are receiving and attuning to now.
And give yourself full permission to feel so free.
So empty and cleansed of anything that is no longer yours to carry.
If visualizing a particular color on the inhale and exhale feels good to you,
Then you may do this as well.
Breathing in and out deeply and fully.
Allowing your natural state of being to be restored.
