Welcome to this guided sleep meditation to support you in quieting your mind for sleep.

If you normally find that your mind is busy and filled up with thoughts or worries as you lay in bed at night,

This meditation will be perfect for you.

It is now time to surrender into this very present moment where there is nothing you need to do,

Nothing you need to think of or figure out,

Nothing you need to feel or process,

There is nothing that needs to be done tonight.

It is time to be in your cosy bed and give yourself full permission to relax and sleep now.

And as you surrender into a deep sleep and rejuvenate yourself on all levels,

You can wake up tomorrow feeling energised and inspired to take any action you need to.

I invite you to lie down comfortably in your bed if you aren't already and softly close your eyes,

Allowing the breath to be slow and deep,

In and out through the nose,

Feeling your body relax with each exhale,

Feeling any areas of tension or constriction release now,

Feeling your body surrender into the bed as your body relaxes even more now,

Just allowing any thoughts that arise to come and go,

Letting them pass and dissolve with ease,

There is no need to invest any energy into them,

There is no need to start an internal dialogue with them,

There is no need to attach to any thoughts,

Memories or ideas,

Simply bring your focus back to the present moment by coming back to your slow deep breaths,

Feeling the gentle breath as it moves lovingly throughout your body,

Feeling the relaxation within your whole being,

Being fully immersed in the direct experience of peace and relaxation,

Drifting off into a deep sleep effortlessly in so much comfort,

Anything that is left on your mind now settles and can be brought up to your awareness tomorrow,

For now you are just allowing the relaxation and stillness of your mind and body to be,

Surrendering into the peace,

Spaciousness and quiet that is present,

Feeling into the perfection of the now,

Enjoying this still,

Quiet and peaceful space that permeates you now,

Feeling expanded,

Feeling calm,

Feeling so content,

You are completely drawn into another state of consciousness,

One that feels light and easeful,

Allowing yourself to explore this dreamy state with complete non-resistance,

With complete surrender,

Effortless flow,

Dropping deeper in now,

Perceive this deeper state of consciousness fully,

Explore,

Expand,

Welcoming in peaceful dreams,

Drifting off further now,

Following this peaceful flow,

All is well,

Good night and sweet dreams.
