We're going to do shopper breathing today.
Hands right in front of our heart and just one hand on top of the other and just make fists and then switch which hands on top and then switch again and switch again and now bring your hands together right in front of your heart and just rub your hands together.
Both feet on the floor and now just let your hands come apart just a little.
Just notice if there's anything happening.
Sense if there's anything happening between your hands,
Anything happening in your heart.
You should have just a sensation of energy.
Just a sense of warmth or pull or vibration or tingling.
Just some kind and if you kind of pull your hands apart there's like maybe like taffy and back together.
That's just energy.
There might be something happening in your heart too.
Hands in the heart.
The hands are secondary chakras.
There's secondary chakras in the palms of our hands closely closely connected to the primary chakra in our heart.
Don't worry if you don't feel anything because it's it is there.
Okay we're going to do another little thing that might help you also have a new sensation or to accentuate this.
Two fingers on your sternum.
Two fingers on your belly button.
Breathe in and release.
Again breathe in and release.
One more time.
Now the two little knobs on your collarbones,
The two fingers right there,
Press them and pull them out to your shoulders and again press them and pull them out to your shoulders.
One more time.
Press them and pull them out to your shoulders.
Now a little L on your hand and put it right here and push your chin back so your heart is leading.
Your heart is leading not your head and then just allow your hands to open up down by your sides and then just open up.
Say wow.
Wow.
Wow.
Just notice if there's anything happening in your heart or in your hands.
Anybody sense anything?
That's just energy.
That is just energy moving.
You just got your chi moving in your heart and your hands.
Beautiful.
We're going to keep that going.
So just let your palms rest softly in the in your lap and I would encourage you to keep them up so that you have that attention on what's happening with the energy in the palms of your hands.
And let's just take three deeper breaths than normal.
Just noticing your feet connected to the earth,
Be wiggling yourself into a comfortable position.
If all that or that little bit of movement got you out of a out of your supportive position.
Breathing in and out and in and out and now breathing normally.
So for the first part of this exercise we just want to notice what's happening with the crown of our head.
Just notice if there are any sensations just being with whatever's present.
And then shift your attention down to your third eye and if it helps you to remember some of the things that we were saying earlier about these chakra centers,
The third eyes.
I'm connected,
I see the center of your dreams and imagination,
Your intuition.
Some people will say that they have a sensation of pressure,
Warmth.
Worry if there's no sensation.
Just sit with the attention on your third eye.
That spot in your forehead between your eyes and just slightly above.
And now dropping your attention down into your throat,
Center of communication,
Center of truth.
Maybe imagining that blue color and now dropping your attention down into your heart,
Your full heart center.
I am loved,
I love.
And now sensing the palms of your hands,
Letting the sensations in your heart center come up across your shoulders and flow down your arms into the palms of your hands.
And for this next part just sensing again the crown of your head and sensing a warm orb of compassion in the crown of your head bringing light and warmth and blessings into your energy center in the crown of your head.
And now another warm orb of compassionate light comes into your third eye.
You might even imagine in your see in your mind's eye an image of yourself with these compassionate lights in your crown and in your third eye shining brightly.
Now sensing maybe even seeing in your mind's eye this warm glow of compassion in your throat.
Just sensing what you sense being with and then bringing another warm compassionate orb of light and love into your heart and then one into your left palm,
Another into your right palm.
So if you were to see yourself your crown,
Your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart and your two palms are illuminated with the bright warm lights of compassion,
Unconditional love.
And now for our next piece as you breathe into the chakra just imagine that you're breathing in cleansing clearing breaths and releasing whatever needs to be released not concerned with what it might be.
So breathing in through the crown of your head and then breathing out through your third eye,
Breathing in through your third eye,
Breathing out through your throat,
Breathing in through your throat and breathing out through your heart,
Breathing in through your heart and breathing out through your solar plexus,
Breathing in through your solar plexus and breathing out through your sacrum,
Breathing in through your sacrum and breathing out through your root,
Breathing in through your root chakra and breathing out through your root and breathing normally.
And again on this next piece just imagining that you're breathing in purifying cleansing breaths and releasing whatever needs to be released.
So breathing in through your third eye,
Breathing out through your crown,
Breathing in through your throat and out through your crown,
Breathing in through your heart and out through your crown,
Breathing in through your solar plexus and out through your crown,
Breathing in through your sacrum and out through your crown,
Breathing in through your root and out through your crown and breathing normally.
And once again touching in,
Noticing what's happening in the crown of your head,
Touching in and noticing what's happening in your third eye,
In your throat,
With your heart,
In the palms of your hands,
Just breathing in and breathing out,
Sensing your feet connected to the earth,
Sensing your body in space,
Preparing to open your eyes as I ring the bell.
