Picture a beautiful tall tree in the middle of the forest.
In your mind's eye,
See the roots extending down and reaching out into the earth in all directions.
Notice how the sturdy trunk supports the upper branches.
See the leaves,
Twigs and branches reaching out like arms to the sun and the breeze.
See them able to bend and move because they are supported by the sturdy trunk and the strong root system.
Witness the tree losing its leaves in the fall and renewing itself in the spring following the natural cycle of life.
It is the nature of the tree to be strong yet flexible and to move through a cycle of rest and rebirth.
Like the tree,
It is also the nature of your body to be strong yet flexible.
Like the tree,
It is your nature to have a similar cycle of rest and rebirth.

Thank your body for the message and move into a state of appreciation for all the things it does for you.
