A beautiful healthy tree with deep roots firmly embedded in the hearty earth.
Your thick trunk covered with rich bark rising high and abundantly adorned with leafy branches and twigs.
The tree is aligned with its true nature.
It is grounded and growing up and out.
You too are aligned with your true nature.
You are vibrant,
Alive and healthy.
You are in complete balance and harmony.
In this state of natural alignment,

Like the trees in the forest,
You are grounded,
Nourished and supported.
You are the same as all other people,
Yet you are different too.
And you are perfect.
You bend,
Curve and stretch and reach.
You are flexible,
Pliable and strong.
You are growing and changing.
It's all a part of your nature.
It's natural and you accept yourself for what you are and where you are in this moment.
In this state of acceptance,
Repeat the following affirmation.

As you prepare to emerge from your meditation and begin your day,
Carry the sensation of being in your body throughout your day.
Take time to pause,

Listen to what your body is saying to you.
Remember that you trust yourself and you trust your body and its innate wisdom.
Recognize that you are in complete balance and harmony.
Celebrate.
You accept yourself and your body completely.
Keep these truths in.
Hold them in your body,

Breathe out and release whatever no longer serves you.
