Welcome beautiful beings,

Powerful hearts back to another guided journey in meditation from my heart to yours.

Today's intention will be releasing self-doubt and reminding you how held,

Loved and supported you've always been.

So when you're ready,

Find a position that allows your body to soften,

Letting your shoulders drop,

Your jaw to unclench and letting your breathing slow down.

There is nothing in this moment here with me that you need to figure out,

So join me deep and take one big powerful breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Going again,

In through your nose and out through your mouth,

Dropping deeper into your body,

Into your vessel,

Allowing your breath to come to a steady rhythmic state.

Don't need any clarity,

All you need here today is loving honesty to be with all that you are.

So let us bring to mind into your awareness as you soften,

Bring to mind a choice,

A transition or a step you are standing in.

Not to analyze,

Not to solve,

But for here in this moment with me to acknowledge.

Acknowledging this choice,

Transition,

This step as something meaningful to you,

Something important,

Something purposeful and devotional to your path.

And as you notice this simultaneously,

Also notice where the doubt lives around it,

Where the doubt holds onto it,

Where the doubt weighs heavy within it.

Maybe it exists in your chest,

Your belly,

Your throat,

Wherever it holds,

Wherever it restricts so much love,

Know here there is no need to push,

There is no need to judge or condemn,

Your self-doubt is not an enemy,

Your self-doubt here with us is a part that wants to protect you,

A part that wants to keep you safe.

So with this in our hearts,

Let us imagine turning toward this doubting aspect,

This doubting part of our being with curiosity,

Not asking it to leave,

Not asking it to change,

Simply saying with how we meet it,

I see you,

I accept you,

I am not here to convince you of anything,

It is allowed to exist exactly as it is and in this loving acceptance,

Notice what happens when it is met with this presence,

With your presence,

A presence that isn't here to make anything work,

It is a presence that is you that is here to bring a space of safety,

So let us hold this doubt in your safety.

Imagine placing this doubtful,

Fearful,

Anxious part in your space of safety,

Maybe it is in your hands,

Resting it in your heart,

Wrapping it in your warmth,

Let your beautiful,

Safe presence move through it as you inhale,

Creating space,

And you exhale any tension.

Going again,

Inhale creating space and exhale any tension,

There is nothing wrong with hesitating,

There is nothing weak about questioning,

This is how you care for this part,

And if your doubt begins to loosen,

Allow it,

If your doubt stays the same,

Allow that too,

Let your energy of beautiful,

Devotional allowance for all that you are,

Including your doubt,

Take up your whole space,

You do not need to be certain to be supported,

You do not need to be certain to be supported,

You are worthy,

You are worthy,

Whether you step forward now,

Whether you step forward later,

Or whether you step in a way that you never expected,

You are loved,

And you are worthy,

There is no way you can move on the path without being fully supported in all that you are,

There is never any wrong,

And you cannot fail at being yourself,

So take a moment to sense this support,

Sense this knowing of how much holds you beyond your effort,

Beyond your pushing and your pressure,

Seen or unseen,

Named or unnamed,

Feel how your life is not waiting to punish you,

Feel how your life is responding to your presence,

Let this land,

Let this be felt,

And notice how your breath brings in this steadiness,

Noticing where the doubt lives now in your field,

In your body,

Adding in a few more moments here of trust,

A trust in remembering that nothing never needed to be eliminated,

And all that you are is unfolding exactly as it needs to unfold,

And you get to choose to sit and be present in this truth,

So let us breathe in through the nose,

And taking one more final moment here to place an intention on our heart with how we choose either in our day ahead or our day's upcoming,

How we choose to move as the presence of safety holding this doubt,

Loving this doubt,

Acting with and beyond this doubt,

And choosing to carry gentleness around all of it,

Taking one final breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth,

Placing a hand on your heart,

Knowing whatever step comes next or doesn't,

You are held,

Guided and loved,

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and come back into all that you are
