Welcome.
This is your time to return to yourself and your energy.
My name is Taylor Short with Harmonious Return and with that,
Let's dive in.
Begin to let your body find stillness.
Whether you're in a seat,
Lying down,
Or anywhere that feels right right now.
Let your hands rest gently and begin to soften your eyes or close them completely.
And just begin to notice your breath.
No need to change anything.
Just feel your inhale and the exhale.
Now begin to take some deeper breaths here.
In through your nose and out your nose or your mouth.
Again inhaling gently and exhaling completely.
And let each breath be an invitation to come inward to yourself.
To start to soften the static of the world and arrive in that quiet wisdom of your very own body and spirit.
And with that,
Begin to bring your own awareness to the base of your body,
Your feet.
Notice your tailbone,
Your hips,
Maybe your back.
The places where your body meets the earth.
And then imagine from those points of connection,
You're beginning to root.
Soft amazing tendrils of light or roots of golden thread.
And begin to grow downward from your feet,
Your hips,
Your spine,
Deep into the earth.
And with each breath,
Those roots reach further down,
Down through the soil,
Down through the stone,
Through memory.
Until they touch something steady and ancient.
Breathe here.
Let the earth welcome you in.
Notice how there is no pressure at all here.
There's no expectations.
Only the quiet grounding presence of the earth that holds you.
And allow the earth to start to draw out any static emotion or energy that's not yours.
See it and feel it and know that it's soaking down into the soil with ease.
The ma knows exactly what to do with it.
She composts everything.
You are being held.
Feel your energy begin to settle like a sand in a river bed.
You don't have to hold everything.
Now bring your awareness to the center of you,
Your heart,
Your core,
Your inner light.
And whisper to yourself gently.
It's safe to return.
It's safe to come home to me.
And begin to imagine your energy.
See your energy.
Feel your energy.
And start to notice any pieces of your energy and you that have kind of scattered throughout the day.
The week.
Throughout the world.
Various conversations.
Memories.
People.
Events.
And start to imagine those pieces of your energy scattered all around,
Slowly returning and floating back to you.
Maybe you see them as light.
Or threads.
Or petals of your own spirit gently floating back into your body.
And you start to see your energy coming back from these places where maybe you've over given.
Back from these conversations or worries or situations that have pulled you out.
Back from all of the screens.
The expectations.
Or even old stories and beliefs.
Like fireflies coming home to the lantern of your amazing heart.
Like wind returning to still water.
You might say gently.
I call my energy back to me now.
I call my energy back to me now.
Fully.
Softly.
Without judgment.
Fully.
Softly.
Without judgment.
And feel your energy refilling.
Strengthening.
Becoming so crystal clear and grounded.
It's not about walls.
Or holding up shields of protection.
But about being so filled with your own energy and presence.
That nothing external can stick to you.
Feel yourself.
Just as you are.
Centered.
And fully complete.
And once again feel your body held by the earth.
Noticing your whole field.
Steady.
And envision yourself placing one hand on your heart.
And one hand over your lower belly.
And repeat silently or aloud.
I trust in my sensitivity.
I ground into the earth.
I call my energy home with love and grace.
And I know how to return to myself.
Stay with your breath.
Stay with the stillness.
This peace is yours.
Remembering and holding this peace within you.
As you notice you are peace.
And with that beginning to bring your awareness back into the place physically that you are right now.
Beginning to deepen that beautiful breath of yours.
And bringing some wiggles into your fingers and maybe your toes.
Feeling the surface underneath of you.
And starting to tune into the sounds around you.
And when you're ready slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly begin to flutter those amazing eyeballs and ears open.
No rush at all.
And allow yourself to carry this grounded version of you that is the true version and highest version of you with you.
Invite your energy to remain clear,
Centered,
And sovereign.
As you move throughout your day and the world.
